We have stayed in Cocoa Beach over the past 20 years however this was our first visit to this unit and complex. The complex was beautifully kept with very gracious management. The unit layout was as described and worked well for our family. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness upon our arrival but the Publix was close - so after purchasing cleaning products, fresh bed pillows and linen for the guest room and bathrooms, AND a lot of elbow grease we were ready for our month's vacation. There was linen there but it had seen better days and the mattress pad in the master was unusable. I bagged everything and left it for the cleaning service. I also left behind what we had purchased except the kettle.The washer and dryer in the unit was a blessing!
We were very familiar with the area and loved being within walking distance of shopping, the Pier and restaurants.
Even with the cleaning and linen situation we would certainly stay again and would recommend this unit with the understanding that other renters know what we ran into.
