5th Floor Oceanfront Condo

I just spent a week in Cocoa Beach at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo is well located with great views and convenient beach access. It's on the the top floor (elevator) and was very quiet. The unit is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking & serving pieces. The in-unit laundry is a great amenity too. The owner is very responsive and courteous. I would surely rent this unit again and recommend it to my friends & family.

The Condo location is easy to access and very close to everything anyone should need or want but still private enough. Beach was perfect and close to the pier. Owner is friendly and responds quickly to communications. I would definitely recommend the Condo. Our stay was great. Ocean front is the way to go.

I stayed at CB Towers over Christmas (Dec 2008) - the unit is one of the nicer ones that I have stayed in at CB Towers, the patio furniture is great too. there were chairs, umbrellas, beach towels available for use which was nice - many of the units don't have that stuff. The carpet was just steam cleaned and the furniture inside appeared to be fairly new and was very comfortable. Also, it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The only problem we encountered was that the vacuum did not work properly (turned on, but had no suction and the roller did not work, the attachments did work)- I did notify the owner of this during our stay. The owner was also flexible in the dates for rent (as long as there is availability) - this was also a plus since most require a Saturday - Saturday rental. I would rent this unit again.
