This condominium is vacation ready! Walk-in...unpack and enjoy your stay!!! It is a fifth floor unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen with all the amenities. It has direct views of the ocean. The unbelievable ocean views can be enjoyed from the private balcony. The private balcony is located off the master bedroom and living room area. The condominium complex facilities available include outdoor heated swimming pool, putting green, tennis court, and private gated access to the beach. There are numerous attractions and activities to enjoy such as watching shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral, venture onto a casino or luxury cruise, walk for miles on the beach, soak up the sun next to the oceanside heated swimming pool or on the beach, or walk over to the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Great Location in Cocoa Beach, nice unit!

I stayed at CB Towers over Christmas (Dec 2008) - the unit is one of the nicer ones that I have stayed in at CB Towers, the patio furniture is great too. there were chairs, umbrellas, beach towels available for use which was nice - many of the units don't have that stuff. The carpet was just steam cleaned and the furniture inside appeared to be fairly new and was very comfortable. Also, it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The only problem we encountered was that the vacuum did not work properly (turned on, but had no suction and the roller did not work, the attachments did work)- I did notify the owner of this during our stay. The owner was also flexible in the dates for rent (as long as there is availability) - this was also a plus since most require a Saturday - Saturday rental. I would rent this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We go to Cocoa every year and found this to be everyting that it claimed to be. Near the resturants we like at the port. A great view, and nice and clean.
