So where do I begin....Would it be the exceptional timely responses to numerous emails I sent the property owner, Clara, prior to my vacation; the convenience of being able to contact her day or night; the wealth of information provided about any and ever detail of my trip I could possibly imagine even asking - just simply outstanding - especially for a first-time out-of-the-country rookie traveler; the personal attention received from her staff; the excellent chauffeur service received from her staff member Nelson who was knowledgeable in every aspect of his country's wonderful places to see, excursions to partake in, down to grocery shopping if needed, as well as his timely arrival at least 15 minutes prior to his scheduled time to pick you up; the beautiful condo a 5 minute walk outside the front door of Juan Dolio beach; the 24-hour security staff who were always very polite and helpful - definitely a bonus for a single woman traveling alone; the personal housekeeper who does laundry or just being her gracious self willing to help you in any way possible; the peaceful surroundings of the exquisite beach of white sand and blue water where I walked and met very friendly locals - even managed to lose 10 pounds - WOW. I could go on and on, but would run out of space. I would definitely visit this paradise again. Highly recommended for ALL. Bon Voyage!

I am glad that your stay was a wonderful one. Nelson, the chauffeur, a new addition to the staff, was chosen very carefuliy. I feel his services are invaluable, as one would spend the same amount to rent a car but would not get his protection and knowledge. Juana, the cleaning lady, has been with us since the inception, and so have Eduardo and Florentino, the guards at the gate. They are completely at your disposal. It is a great feeling when you are in a foreign country to have someone who knows the in's and out's and that can be trusted. Most of all, knowing that you are safe and that all your needs are taken care of, so that you can really relax.
I have since done a little bit more sprucing up and I hope you will visit "paradise" again in the near future. Thank you for your wonderful review.
