  • 25% of Rental Rate due in advance to reserve preferred dates. $300 Refundable Security Deposit required with balance, and due 60 days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded within 20 days of departure if there is no damage to the unit.
  • Add 11% Florida Tourist Tax to Rental Rate. A one-time $85 Cleaning Fee is due at the end of your stay. Long-term Rentals Welcome. No Pets. No Smoking. Refunds for cancellations, with less than 90 days prior to arrival date, will be gladly given if unit can be re-rented for same time period and same rental rate. Arrival at 2:00 pm and Departure at 11:00 am. Two week minimum rental.

Met all expectations and then some

This is a lovely, comfortable and well decorated condominium. The kitchen is located such that you can view the waterway and talk with guests across the open counter. The property was extremely clean and neat. In addition to all the amenities, hair dryer, lovely towels and linens, kitchen equipment and the like, there are great books to read and games to play. There are two TV's which allows for varying viewing tastes. Sitting on the lanai one can watch the pelicans dive for fish and in the evening watch the sun set.
In a beachy/pool world towels are a must. This condo has all that you need but more importantly a great washer and dryer...quiet and effective. The walk in closet not only allows for great hanging room but a great place to store suitcases..out of sight and within comfortable reach.
We loved brunch at Turtles just a short stroll up the street. Turtle Beach is also a very short walk..many shells to collect. Don't miss a drive to Sarasota and Marina Jack's O'Leary's right on the bay on the beach.
Siesta Key village is a great place to drive to and just walk around...try the Broken Egg or Patisserie Cafe Continental for a fun breakfast. Another fun place is on Casey Key...the olde fish house.
For the adventurous there is a boat, kayak rental within walking distance. Needless to say we were happy with our rental and thank the owner for maintaianing it in such a thoughtful manner. Don't forget the heated pool. Comcast leaves a little to be desired.
Pack you belongings and head to Siesta Key.

I had a great January. There are other condos on Siesta Key but none like yours! I would definitely like to rent from you again...
