Rates range from $110 to $275 for summer, winter and holidays. Rates vary for fall and spring. Please inquire about specific rates and availability by email/ and or phone. The calender changes frequently so I do not keep it updated.

Hi Pam: Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. We had a wonderful time in NH. I wish we could have spent more time. We were on the Saco all of Tuesday. We visited Diana's Bath, Jackson Falls, Lower Falls - and enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Nordic is one of our favorite places to stay. The ponies were there and they now offer rides for younger children. As far as your uniwe have stayed at many different units over the years and yours was probably the nicest of them all. It was immaculate! We enjoyed looking at all your prints New Hampshire.
Do you rent your condo year round? I hope we will be visiting again in the winter. I loved the set up of your unit and the grassy area out back - what a beautiful veiw! It was a great location to walk to the club house.

Thank you, Pam, we did enjoy our stay very much although didn't
touch a toe to the beautiful pools -- too busy and tired with our
days' adventures!
The landscaping is beautiful, if you haven't seen it!
Your maid service did an outstanding job. We remarked many times
how wonderful it was to enter such a sparklingly clean unit.
We had the unexpected delight (thanks to very
early-waking children) to see a young bear in your backyard on
Friday morning!
I really appreciated the thoroughness of your communications and
instructions and, yes, even though it's common sense, it was great
to have a departure checklist!
