WOW!!! What a beautiful location and magnificent building. Without question, this is the most elegant building on Marco Island. With exquisite views of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo trumps any other rental we've ever stayed in-and we have probably stayed in over 25 differentn over the last 20 years. It was HUGE, immaculate and perfectly positioned to take advantage of wonderful views from most rooms. Each bedroom, (all of them sizable,) has its own dedicated bathroom. The kitchen is a dream kitchen, open and complete with top-end appliances. With so many different living areas, including a private office with Gulf of Mexico views, there is plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying this beachfront condo. We watched dolphins everyday from the huge lanai and even saw a manatee one morning.

The best part of this rental, though, are the people who own and manage it themselves. Attentive from the very first email inquiry, the owners never dropped the ball when we had a question or request. They picked up groceries requested prior to our arrival, provided restaurant suggestions and make recommendations for fun activities for our family. They answered all questions promptly and cheerfully. We left at the end of our month's vacation with the feeling that this family wanted us to have a great time on Marco island.

And, return we will: to Marco Island and to any of the homes owned by this local family.
