This property offers a 400 sq ft private courtyard entry with a private spa, a 1 car garage, 2 nicely furnished bedrooms, one with a King and one with 2 twins or a King, comfortably furnished livingroom, newly remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer, plus a private second patio off the living room overlooking the tennis courts with mountain views. The property also offers tennis, 2 community pools with spas , a beautiful greenbelt with a lake and mountain views. We are adjacent to the executive golf course of Date Palm Country Club (and we have a key to the gate between us)!

Close to San Diego and Los Angeles (2.0 hrs), Big Bear snow skiing 1.5 hrs, mountain town of Idyllwild 1 hr. (or you can hike there from the top of the Tram - excellent hike)!
