Our Villa is ideally located for Disneyworld ( 8 minutes ) Golf, Champions Gate and Reunion ( 2 minutes )

It has 4 bedrooms 2 master bedrooms with en suite & queen beds, both of these rooms have direct access to pool deck and 2 twin rooms.

The reserve is a small gated community set in a conservation area with pastel colored homes lined with palm trees, our villa overlooks the pond.

It is so tranquil yet only 2 minutes from the I.4

Town Center Reserve is ideally located for all the theme parks. Just 8 minutes to Disneyworld. 2 minutes to the golfing at Champions Gate & Reunion, where you can also find a supermarket and shops.

Whilst set in an idyllic conservation area it is the perfect base to avoid all the busy traffic. The interstate 4 is 3 minutes away and the 192 a quiet drive of 7 minutes for a vast array of restaurants and shops

Notes

  • Pool heating extra charge Pool heating is $120 per week or $25 per day
  • We require $100 deposit to secure your booking . This is non refundable if you cancel. And the balance 8 weeks before your arrival.
  • We also require a security deposit of $150 against damages etc this will be returned within a week of you leaving.
    This can be a separate check. We have not had to keep one to date.

Great vacation rental

Stayed for 8 nights over Easter break. Loved the house. The 2 queen suites allowed my husband and I to have our own space on this vacation, We weren't crowded with the 4 kids, like we would of been in a hotel. The pool was a huge hit. Kids preferred to stay home everyday and swim over going sightseeing!!! They enjoyed the pool table too. House was clean and neighborhood was very quiet, except at night when the frogs did their nightly singing! House was perfectly close to Disney. Very convenient and would love to visit and stay at this house again. Maybe get other family members to rent the other villas in the same subdivision.
Owners were very pleasant to work with during the booking process.
Thanks for a much needed family vacation!!!

Christmas in Florida

Well it was our first time to Florida and my husband hasn't stopped talking about it! The villa was great , close to everything. WE loved the resturaunts and shopping, but best of all we loved swimming in the heated pooled every night and letting family back home know about it, since it was freezing in Ohio that week. All in all we would love to come back to Florida and when we do we will be staying at the lovely Villa.Thanks again for a great first time Florida vacation.

Perfect Place

This is the perfect rental. Close to everything (Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, etc). We've always stayed inside Disney World but this place was better. Easier and quicker to get into the parks than staying inside waiting for a Disney bus.
Everything was clean, neat and new. Has everything you need.
The pool was great to come home to.

The owner was very prompt with email replies and was a pleasure to work with!

Excellent Vacation House

This Rental was perfect, the owner was always in reach and managment is always their if their is a problem. It is the perfect size and very well Kept. It was an excellent experience and the owners were very helpful.
