This spacious, well-appointed first floor condo in the center of town is one block to Commercial St, and two blocks to the water. A short walk to shops, restaurants, theaters and art galleries. This unit has two private entrances off the interior deck, a modern full-size kitchen with full size appliances overlooking the courtyard gardens, breakfast bar, living/dining area with view of Provincetown Bas Relief, gas fireplace and regular-size sofa sleeper. Other highlights include a separate, sky lit bedroom with Tempur-Pedic queen bed, a two person Jacuzzi tub with steam unit, a flat screen TV/DVD. Ceiling fans and AC. WiFi access. Companion animals, parking and kids welcome - certain terms/fees apply. Daily housekeeping, breakfast and more included.

The appearance of the property was clean and well-maintained inside and outside. The location was perfect. We just parked the car for the weekend. The layout of the condo was very comfortable. The manger was professional and very accommodating and personable. I hope to stay there again and would highly recommend this property to a friend or stanger.

My partner and I enjoyed our week in Provincetown, largely in part to this condo. Its proximity to town, its conveniences, and its peacefulness made it a perfect place to recuperate after runs on the beach, drinks with friends, and strolls through town. It's a lovely getaway.

My pet toy poodle and i stayed at the Ann Bancroft the last week in June /first part of July. I was totally amazed and pleased with this Jewel.
Everything i needed was provided. The week was perfect, the other guests in this compound were friendly and their companion pets were
well behaved . The gardens were tranquil.
I loved every minute of my vacation. The owners/management were
professional but extremely nice,polite, and accomadating.
I definately HIGHLY recommend this home away. I cannot wait to come back.

This is truly a beautiful place to stay. It is right in the heart of town easy to walk around town and then go back to and relax for a little bit in front of the fireplace or in the jacuzzi and then go back into town. It was clean and well maintained with all the comforts of home. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will be back. Mary was pleasant to deal with and stayed on top of things. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and classy place to stay that is right in the heart of town yet quiet and comfortable.
