The home is near everything you could imagine on Cape Cod with the lovely Victorian Village of Onset just 5 minutes away. The home is nestled next to 150 acres of wildlife sanctuary and has beautifully landscaped grounds. There is an 18 hole golf course at the beginning of the driveway and a sports court for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton. Some of the best windsurfing in the world is outside your front deck. Adirondack chairs are positioned around the grounds and on the beach for your comfort. The home has over 200' of private beach and the water is safe and warm.

The home offers an 80 foot outdoor deck overlooking the ocean to enjoy all the incredible views and sunrises and sunsets. We have a private chef (at an additional expense) that comes in and prepares the most wonderful meals from simple elegance to barbecue from exotic to gourmet. To experience Southwest at Little Harbor is to experience the most fabulous, serene vacation.

New Years Weekend: 40 golf courses nearby and around the Cape. Enjoy the peaceful setting and wonderful golf and shopping weather permitting. No crowds to deal and milder weather than up north. Beautiful wine vineyards along the South Coast. Private dinner parties, exquisite chef available

Thanksgiving Availability: Thanksgiving week is available for the first time in 9 years. Take advantage of enjoying a wonderful holiday with a spectacular sunset on your Thanksgiving feast. The autumn smells are beautiful with fires burning in the fireplaces and leaves swirling around the grounds. The water is glistening at this time of year and appears iridescent.

Golf: At the beginning of the driveway is a wonderful 18 hole executive course opened year-round. Staying at Southwest at Little Harbor offers a discount along with favored tee times.
