This two bedroom two bath condo is the perfect oceanfront vacation getaway. It's a ground floor unit with awesome views of the ocean. Just outside the sliding glass back door is the beach. The complex also has a over-sized pool that also overlooks the beach. Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Attractions include Disney World, Sea World, MGM Studios, Epcot and Universal Studios 50 min away from the condo. You can take a day cruise for gambling and an evening of relaxation on the sea. Also, the larger cruise lines Disney, Carnival, Royal Caribbean etc. all within 5 miles of the condo. Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon's Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach pier are all within a mile. Port Canaveral for fresh catch of the day and seafood dinning, grocery, and shopping are all a short drive and easy to get to. So come relax and enjoy a Cocoa Beach vacation.

Cocoa Beach Weather & Climate The 'Space Coast' of Florida, which lies on the Central East Coast near the Kennedy Space Center, has a semi-tropical climate that becomes quite warm and humid during the months of June, July and August. Frequent showers and thunderstorms are generally local and short in duration. Large tropical storms can bring high winds and inundating rainfalls, but due to excellent weather forecasting, warning time can be up to a week. The coastal areas also offer daily breezes of adequate velocity that helps moderate temperatures. September and October remain warm, with September usually being the wettest month. November to February is relatively dry and sunny with pleasant daytime temperatures and cool nights. In the months of March to May the sun begins to climb higher in the sky again with warmer days and moderate rainfall. We had a great time here. Parking could not have been better in relation to the entrance to this condo. The walk to the pool and to the ocean could not have been any better either. i am so glad we stayed at the beach and not in Orlando. much more laid back and relaxing. October seems to be a good time to go, not so many people.
Some things need updating and detailing but we did not spend enough time there for that to effect our good time.

The property was as described. Furniture a little worn which was to be expected but right on the beach and an easy walk to Coconuts. The owner was quick to resolve any issues or concerns.

Fantastic Condo, easy to deal with

Hi, let me begin by telling you how great the view was, breath taking, did I also mention a great view...

The Condo was clean, very spacious, wireless internet, heated pool, I only have great comments about this place. Allen the owner sent us an e-mail with all the instructions to get in, they were clear, he accepted credit card which was great, he did the proper follow up.

I would recommend that place to all my friends and family, it is close the Kennedy space center, about 55 minutes away from Disney, what more could you ask.
