We had the pleasure of staying in this unit just after the Christmas holiday. What a wonderful place! The unit is comfortable, cozy and immaculately clean. We enjoyed the warm fire while the temperatures outside dropped and were so comfy that it took all we had to leave and go outside to enjoy Ptown! The location of this unit is just great - immediately adjacent to Bas Relief Park, with an up-close view of the Monument and only one short block to Commercial Street. The amenities that the owner provides are just great too! A beautiful wall-mounted television and a soft, cozy sofa/futon right next to the fireplace made for great relaxing and we slept wonderfully on the the king-sized bed! We loved being here in the winter, and can't wait to come back in the warm weather! Thanks for a great experience and for providing such a lovely home for us!
Owner's Response: Such a terrific review is not surprising as others renters have sent me thank you emails. This condo is cozy and comfortable all year round and each season brings its own delights with the fireplace in winter, fall and spring and all of the heavenly breezes in spring, summer and fall. The A/C in the hot months keeps the entire condo cool and comfortable. Everyone loves the king Tempur-Pedic bed and the new kitchen. The lovely porch and bench overseeing the Bas Relief Park is also a hit as well as the condo's central location. It is a lovely unit conducive to fun and romance. Kiki, thank you for such a positive review and, yes, come back in the warm weather for another enjoyable experience!
