Welcome to our newly built townhome (June 2007) in Vista Cay at Harbor Square with three levels of privacy, luxury, and comfort. Our near 1,800 square foot town home is professionally decorated and luxuriously appointed focusing on the guests who frequent it. Custom features include decorative painting, extra curtains, ceiliing fans, and upgraded pillow top king mattresses. Each bedroom is very private with its own bathroom. Don't forget about the 20 inch LCD television and DVD player in each bedroom. In addition to the 1800 square feet of living space, there is a one car garage and private omni-stone driveway, a patio, and a balcony.
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony overlooking the covered patio below and a spacious grassy area. The great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors. For your enjoyment, the living room has a 42 inch Panasonic plasma television with a stereo system, DVD player, PS2 console and Wii with games . The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if needed. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 230 channels plus premium channels and Wi-Fi Cable Internet. There is a full size kitchen with corian counter tops, custom cherry cabinets, and all appliances including a double refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything needed to prepare a grand meal! We provide complimentary coffee and teas upon your arrival.
Long distance service including international calling to over 40 countries (with some limitations) is also included in your rental cost, a security system, and a safe. We provide a Play Station 2 console (please bring memory card and games)and a Wii game consule and 14 games.
We are baby, toddler friendly! We provide a compact size hotel quality crib with a 4' innerspring mattress, Fisher Price Pack'n Play with mattress pad, Fisher Price highchar, Fisher Price booster seat, two bed rails, two stair gates with installation hardware at the top of each stairs and full size stroller included in your rental cost upon request.
