Photos and Description of the Heavenly Valley vacation condo rental 2BR/1BA/Sleeps 6 with queen sofa sleeper

Fully renovated (March/April of 2007) first floor end unit next to parking space. Location, Location, Location (1/2 block off of Ski Run Blvd.). This 896 square feet condo is tastefully decorated and furnished, everything is new! There is even a wall decorated with vintage snow equipment. This condo is our vacation home, so it shows the pride in ownership. All linens, towels and kitchenware are supplied. Cleaning of the condo at checkout is included in the rental price. All we ask is that you wash the dishes, pots, pans, etc., empty garbage and tidy up the condo. The property has a new swimming pool (seasonal). Laundry facilities are located on the property. Heavenly Valley Resort entrance (Ski Run at Pioneer Trail) is 1/4 mile from property, Lake Tahoe and the Marina are 1/2 mile from property within walking distance, Stateline (casinos) and the Village are 2 miles from property. Several dining establishments (Seafood, Italian, American) are within walking distance. vrl002
