Cherry Grove Villas unit 511 is located in the beautiful Cherry Grove Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, this top floor corner unit #511, has spectacular views of not only the ocean, but the entire area! It is a very large (over 2000 square feet!) 4 bedroom unit with 9' ceilings which convey a feeling of openness and not of being cramped. As it is located on the Grand Strand, it has close proximity to some of the best golf courses in the world. Even downtown Myrtle Beach and the airport is only a little over 30 minutes away. There are plenty of activities in the area including: fishing, boating, jet skis, swimming, surfing, shell collecting, beach combing, biking, etc. If you prefer to just relax and spend some time indoors, the unit features a TV in every bedroom including a 50-inch Plasma TV in the main living area and a Nintendo Wii gaming system as well as board games, books and plug n play video games for the kids.

Surrounded by water on 3 sides, it offers fabulous beaches, fishing, surfing, kayaking and various other water sports whether you're in the ocean, the mouth of the inlet or the calm waters inside the inlet. Within minutes, you can be at the famous Barefoot Landing where you can dine, visit the House of Blues, shop or even visit Alligator Adventure. And of course it's near world class golf resorts throughout the Grand Strand. Coming soon is the 140-acre, $400,000,000 Hard Rock Theme Park sometime in 2008.

Family Weekend Trip

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were a bit worried because normally there is not enough space for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was exactly as described in the pictures. There was more than enough space for all of us. This condo could have easily slept 13 adults. My husband and I shared a bedroom. My two adult sisters shared a room with two queen beds. My parents shared the room with the king bed and bath. There was still a vacant room with two twin beds and the sleeper sofa that could have accomodated another 2-4 persons.
The beach was eye view from the balcony and an easy walk from the property. After a day at the beach, we were able to rinse the sand away with the outdoor showers and then hop into the jacuzzi and pool. The most fun was the Nintendo Wii game in the condo. Also the kitchen is big enough and well equipped for cooking and dining. Cherry Grove is a great area because it has the serenity of the beach without the bustle of many beach towns. My family are definitely planning to visit again.

Beautiful and Comfortable

We stayed in April which is early in the season. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was in the second row (which I didn't realize when I booked it) but it didn't matter as we could see the beach from the balcony and it was only a short walk across the street. My kids enjoyed the fact that each room has its own tv so they could watch anything they wanted. Our only complaint was that we were far north of many of the activities we enjoy in Myrtle Beach. Also, the one shared shower had little to no hot water. The other 2 showers and the jacuzzi were fine.
