The Condo is located at one of the island’s most popular beaches, Luquillo Beach, in the Playa Azul area. Fully equipped and tropically decorated air conditioned studio apartment accommodates 4 people. Complete with kitchen, full bath, cable TV/DVD, and gated parking. Entertainment includes Brass Cactus Bar & Grill with WiFi internet right on condo property and walking distance from the Luquillo “Kioskos” Puerto Rican snack capital. 50 Kiosks lined up, with music, some look like bistros, others like rustic food stands and yet others like full-fledged restaurants. Nightlife is at walking distance at local pubs and pool place “El Flamboyan” or “Sand Bar”. Local amenities include: Antonino’s Pizza, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Taco Maker, Chinese Restaurant, Subway, KFC, Grocery Stores, Laundromat, Bank, Walgreen's are within walking distance. 15 minute drive from: El Conquistador and Rio Mar golf courses, Vieques & Culebra Islands Ferry Rides and El Yunque forest.

About 15 minute ride to Factory outlet shopping and about 10 minutes to a Walmart. Pharmacy and Grocery stores across the street.

Biggest Bang for Your Buck in PR

We have stayed twice with this renter. Great place to stay. Very Safe, never felt uncomfortable. Very "user friendly". Rooms are clean and well laid out. Centrally located, you have the rain forest behind you and the ocean in front, you have Scuba and snorkeling in Farjardo to the East and Night life and history in San Juan.

These rooms are great, if your looking for a resort type place to stay and you need room service and maid you need to go there(A Resort), But if you're looking for a good, clean, comfortable, safe place to stay, this is it.

I would feel comfortable comming here with my kids or my girlfriends as well as with my husband. We will be comming back again and again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone. I honestly think this place is the Biggest Bang For Your Buck in Puerto Rico.

We have been comming to PR for 20 years and so far this is the best bargin we have ever got.

The owner is very friendly and most helpful, he has directions and helpful tips all laid out for you.

The details and descriptions are right on target. And it is very easy to get to from the airport. Lot of restaraunts nearby in either direction.

Please don't hesitate with this rental it is everything it is promised to be!!

It's been almost 2 weeks since we came from Puerto Rico. We had an awesome time. We left everything the way it was and we locked all doors and left the keys in the lockbox. I also met your cleaning lady, she was very nice. By the way nice place you got up there.
