The owners have spared no expense in adding every luxury and amenity available to make the home an experience to remember. The infinity pool extends out over the luscious mountainscape, offering a breathtaking view of the entire surrounding area. While a naturally styled rock fountain gurgles into the pool creating an ambiance and atmosphere of absolute serenity.

The inside of the house is just as breathtaking as the view, with a large living area furnished with Costa Rican hardwood furniture and a contemporary yet warm style. A large screen satellite TV, entertainment center with stereo, local Costa Rican and Nicaraguan artwork and hand painted murals complete the inside furnishings.

Flamingo is known for its world class deep sea fishing and diving at the Catalina Islands. In the local area many activities are readily available such as horseback riding, hiking, nature watching (including monkeys), atv tours, canopy tours and beachcombing. A short drive to Playa Grande and Tamarindo provide for some of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica. Certain times of the year turtles can be seen laying their eggs in the sand on the beach. Within driving distance are golf courses, river tours, volcanoes, and hot mud baths. Of course, dining and shopping are a must on everyone's list!

A home with a view to die for.

My wife and me recently enjoyed a whole month at the Casa Margirita. The house and view were great. No doubt, it would rank as a 9 or 10 on most peoples scale. The road to the house added an adventure feel to the setting. Winding roads up a hill, with monkees visible in the trees.
We did have some un-forseen trouble. We notified the house keeping and the property manager of a "Scorpion" problem. They did not seem to concern with our concern. We found 11 scorpins in one day inside the house. Located throughout the house. The sink, laundry, bathrooms, couch,hall ways.
We had to vacate the house one day, so they could fumicate the house. But several days later, we began seeing more scorpions. I don't think this helps achieve a five or even a four star rating.
At the current time we also have major issues with the damage deposit that hasn't been returned, And the property manager has yet to contact us

Casa Margarita was an absolutely beautiful house. The road up to the house was a little tough, but once at the house it was worth the drive. The view was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in this particular area. It was nice to go out and be around people, then go back to the house and enjoy the pool and peace and quiet.

Marco Polo, Happy Snapper, El Castillo, La Chola
Store: Surfside Super Market
Activities: Fishing, Snorkeling, Canopy Tours, Beach
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
