Cancellation Policy: We work through a property management company . Here is their cancellation policy: If the reservation is canceled outside of 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a full refund will be made minus a $50 processing fee. If the reservation (only if paid in full) is canceled inside 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and the home is re-rented for the same number of nights, a full refund will be made minus a $50 processing fee. If the home is not re-rented, a credit is given to re-book the same home for the same # of paid nights during the off season only (re-booking is limited to one time only). Credits are honored for a whole year after the original scheduled arrival date.

Payment: Here is the property management's policy on payment: Payment in full is due 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If payment in full is not received 45 days in advance the reservation will be canceled and the rental deposit made on the reservation will be forfeited. A VISA, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard, is required as a guarantee that you will fulfill your rental obligations. You are responsible for following check-in/checkout procedures and leaving the unit in an acceptable condition. In the event of a violation of this agreement, you understand and authorize Bennington Properties, LLC to debit & process your credit card for the necessary charges.
