Location, Location, Location! Best location on the 7 mile beach. The condo / hotel next door (Pointe Estero) rents for over $400 a night during season. We are true ocean (Gulf of Mexico) front, NO sandbar located in front of our building!
Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street. Jet ski rental including organized tours as well as cabana rental in front of our building.
Just a tad over 2 miles to Lover's Key state park. Publix grocery shopping less than a mile north of our condo. Bike rentals, video rentals, public library, miniature golf, churches all near by.
18 hole public golf course a mile south of our condo.
25 cent trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo combined with super convenient location allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car.

Covered assigned parking- no fighting over a spot in our building for those who choose to rent or bring their vehicle! Several building elevators. Very well maintained building, very clean, high end building. Our condo has both ocean front views and side views of our oversized heated pool, 3 feet to 8 feet.

A large variety of family and children's dvd's and videos in our condo for your use. A variety of family games in our condo for your use. Pool toys, 'noodles', sand buckets for the kids to use. 4 beach chairs, why pay for a rental chair when you can use ours? Leave your beach towels at home, we have 6 for you to use. Small beach cooler for your use... Be a beach bum... Take refreshments to your beach or pool chair. Full size washer and dryer in our condo... Why use coin laundry or small apartment sized washer and dryer?
