Newly furnished and professionally decorated, this fabulous 7 year old house with Las Vegas Strip view has five bedrooms, in-ground pool, above ground spa, covered patio, professional pool table, washer and dryer in the laundry room with iron and ironing board, cable and high speed wireless internet is perfect for business or pleasure.

The property is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip straight up Tropicana Blvd.; 13 miles from McCarran Airport right off the 215 Beltway; a short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Park where you can enjoy sight seeming, hiking or rock climbing; 45 minutes from Mt. Charleston where you can a day of skiing/snowboarding or hiking. You don't have to drive far, only about 2 minutes, to grab a bite to eat at a variety of gourmet restaurants, buy groceries, go shopping, or have a drink at one of several neighborhood taverns.

There are five bedrooms with a total of 7 beds (one king, four queens, and two twins). Each bedroom has an LCD 35' flat screen TV with cable, telephone, alarm clock, night stand and dresser with mirror. The master bathroom has a shower, large tub with jets and tile floor. There is a large kitchen fully equipped to cook and bake with all appliances and service for twelve. The living room has a 65' flat panel Mitsubishi TV with surround sound and DVD. The game room has a professional pool table, bar table and stools. The house was in a great neighborhood and had everything you needed within the 3 mile radius. It wasn't too far from the strip either. The interior of the house was beautiful and really roomy. The backyard even has a pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who's looking to stay in Las Vegas.

My friends and I truly enjoyed the large home during our recent visit to Las Vegas. We made use of the billiard table and the spacious kitchen. Everyone had plenty of room to relax in comfort anywhere in the house. The back patio was a great place to hang out during a beautiful day. I thought we all would use the pool, but I was the only one taking advantage of it. It was clean throughout the entire home. The only thing we didn't find in the home was a hairdryer. It is located quite a distance from the strip, but we didn't mind that. Other than that, everything was perfect. Although we didn't meet in person, Maria is definitely easy to work with in making the accommodations. She made the entire process completely painless.

We stayed here on our trip to Vegas, Maria was great got house ready for us so we could check in early.. great location easy to get to strip, great pool, and hot tub.. We had 12 family members with us and there was more than enough room, the master bedroom and bathroom are huge.. We would highly recommend this house for anyone's stay in Vegas .
