The home is located approx. 7/10 of mile from downtown Oak Bluffs with includes beaches, shopping, restaurants, marina and the Island Queen ferry. The rental home is in immaculate condition with 4 bedrooms, housing, one double bed, one queen bed , 5 twin beds. The master bedroom and bath is on the first floor with the 3 additional bedrooms and bath on the second floor. There is an outside shower and a deck off the kitchen with a good size front yard. The house has been freshly painted on the inside with new carpet in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the baths are all updated . The home is tastefully decorated. The yard is suitable for out door activities.

The home is located approx. 7/10 of a mile to downtown Oak Bluffs which is famous for the historic 'Gingerbread Cottages', along with shops, restaurants, beaches and the scenic shore bike path the runs along State Beach to Edgartown. There is bus transportation at the top of the street for easy access to all attractions. The Island Queen Ferry is located in downtown Oak Bluffs.

This was my first experience with a rental property and it was an excellent expierence. I was a little bit nervous at first because the VFW (bar) was right behind the house. To my surprise I never would have known it was there if not told. It is very quiet we never heard a thing. This rental property was perfect for us. It was large enough for all of us (6 adults & 3 children). My kids thought this was the best house. They loved it compared to the place we have stayed at for the past 5 years. The yard was big enough to play, but also far enough away from the road, so it was safe for the kids to play outside. Everything that was written about the rental property was accurate and the house was properly clean and well maintained. The owner is very pleasant and is not bothered when she is asked many questions (as I did). I would recommend this property to family, friends and strangers. The location of the house of perfect. It is not to close to town, but close enough to walk and there is a path to town, which the kids loved. I would recommend bug spray as there are lots of mosquito's due to the wooded area. We would definitely stay there again.
