Eye-catching views of Nantucket Sound and Monomoy Island from King Master Bedroom upstairs , Living room, and each of 2 patios. Walk local simi-private path to beach (about .4 mi to Cockle Cove and .3 mi. to small beach at Taylor's Pond inlet) Walk to boat/kayak landing at Taylor's Pond (about 200 yards). Hardwood and carpeted floors. Tiled floor in renovated bathroom. A/C unit upstairs in Master bedroom, and in Living room on main floor. Although seldom needed. There are plenty of Ocean Breezes off the Sound to Cool the Cottage. New Clothes Washer / Dryer 09. About 3/4 mi. to bike path and 3 mi. to Town. Fishing Opportunities: We have a very good relationship with one of the best Charter Fishing Captains in Chatham. Captain Bruce Coburn catches fish when everyone else is looking for them. His years of experience make him the choice of many,many repeat customers. In the winter months he is a high school coach, so he is great fishing with kids. His charters are short, usually 2 hours, because his boat is berthed at Outermost Harbor, and is close to Nantucket Sound. See: chathamsportfishing website. Discounts arranged with pre-rental bookings.

Outermost Harbor Marine: We also have a very good relationship with Outermost Harbor Marine. You will find information at the Cottage. Mention that you are renting from us for a red carpet experience. If you are a Fly Fisherman, you can take the Outermost Shuttle to Southbeach or Monomoy Island for Bass and Blue Fishing.
