Description of the Eastham vacation house rental
Minutes to both the bay and the ocean surf as well as to the bicycle path. The house is a passive solar contemporary with three levels including 10 sky lights which allow the sun to stream in. The open plan design gives the 1,800 square foot house an even larger feel. There is a cathedral ceiling family room and sun room to enjoy your morning coffee. The new wrap around mahogany deck is perfect for relaxation after a hard day at the beach. The exterior grounds are full with mature plantings, flowers, including shade and parterre gardens. The lot is over a half acre and the adjoining lots are large so there is a strong sense of privacy. The house is on a cul-de-sac street so there is very little auto activity. Come and get away from it all!
