Our apartment is well located for visiting Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro. Available for weekly and short term rental. Entrance is via a high security front door. All rooms are on one level. Entrance hall leads to large lounge with dining area for six people. Lounge has two large sofas, air conditioning, heating, LCD Smart TV with access to the Internet-emails, UK channels, HD Films, Sports TV, Radio/CD player, DVD player. Broadband and Wi Fi. First bedroom has a super king size bed that converts to two singles, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with full length bath, shower, bidet, and towels provided. Through the lounge patio windows is a large terrace with table and chairs for six people. The views are of tropical plants, a huge palm tree amongst an Andalucían white village, and La Concha mountain.

All electric heating/cooling. Garage & road parking. Gated community with 24 hr security guard and colour CCTV.

This property is located in a well managed gated urbanisation.

How to get there: We are approximately 40 mins drive via the motorway from Malaga airport.

Thing To Do: No need to hire a car. Everything is here for a relaxing holiday on the coast. We have local shops, restaurants, golf courses, tennis clubs, night clubs, market (Saturdays), beaches, banks, ATM cash machines, hairdressers, dentists, opticians and much more.

But if you do hire a car, use the excellent motorway and visit Gibraltar for its duty free shopping and ferry crossing to Morocco. Go horse racing at the Hippodrome. There is Tivoli World amusement park. Selwo Park, Water Parks, White washed villages of Casares and Istan, Sierra Nevada for Skiing. Granada, Seville, Jerez, Malaga home of Picasso, Marbella. Olive groves, Bodegas, Fiestas.

Perfect Apartment for Families or Couples

Just returned from a week in this apartment with my boyfriend and another couple. Booking this apartment couldn't have been easier and we were provided with lots of useful information prior to arriving.

The apartment was perfect and the complex is clean and very pretty. The pools were not too crowded and had a good mix of sun and shade. There is a lifeguard at the pool which would be great for families with children who are old enough to swim alone. In the apartment the kitchen was well equipped and beds are comfortable. Air conditioning was very much appreciated and the balcony is shaded which made eating outside lovely.

The location is great for visiting many sights in the Costa Del Sol. We were able to walk to Puerta Banus and a taxi to Marbella was only 10Euro. We rented a car from the airport which was well worth it between 4 of us as we also used the car during the days to visit various beaches and we visited Gibraltar as well (about an hour away).

If I return to the Costa Del Sol in the future I will definitely stay in this apartment again - Great value for money.

Owner's Response: The economic climate in Spain is putting alot of pressure on communities, especially spanish urbanisations or complex's. Therefore when someone is looking to book an apartment in Spain it's well worth asking for current photos of the apartments surroundings. We are very fortunate that our urbanisation is very popular, well run, and well supported financially. We always send up to date pictures which show the brightly painted buildings, well tended gardens, and of course the sunny weather that we get for much of the year. The people that look after the pools, 24 hour security, and general maintanance, all do a great job.

Perfect Apartment in a brilliant location

Myself and two friends booked this apartment for 5 nights for a girls holiday. On arrival we were amazed at how beautiful the apartment was. The pictures do not give it justice it was so much better! The bathrooms were brand-new and pristine as was all the furniture. The outdoor balcony was perfect for evening drinks and meals with a stunning view.

The complex was very safe and secure and is in a perfect quiet spot just away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus. We could walk to the beach and port which was only 15 minutes down a bank. You also pass the restaurant and club La Sala and aqua mist on the way. There were some lovely restaurants near by and a supermarket just on the end of the complex which was ideal.

All in all this apartment and location made our trip and we could not believe how lucky we were with the price we paid in the height of summer. I did not deal direct with the owner, my friend did, but she said he was so friendly, kind and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to friends and thinking about booking up again next year.

Loved it!

Absolutely loved this apartment! My friends and I went for a short girly break and this was perfect. It is in such a pretty location, spacious and tastefully decorated, the residence is really well maintained, we felt safe and had everything we needed. It was a short walk from the bars and beaches but we didn't mind this at all as we preferred the peace and quiet during the day and loved the little tapas bars behind the apartment block (much cheaper and good Spanish food!). Can't thank Chris and Pauline, the owners, enough for answering all our questions and equipping this gorgeous little gem of a holiday home so well - we had the perfect break! Wish I was still sitting on the balcony enjoying THAT view now!!!

Excellent all-round accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks for our honeymoon. The apartment was excellent. Very clean and tidy, as was the whole complex. It was very well maintained and the gardens and pool areas particularly so. It was lovely and peaceful and the complex is situated away from main road noise. The supermarket was only a 2 minute walk away and the main port of Puerto Banus only a 15 minute walk. We hired a car to get around to visit different places. La Canada shopping mall was particularly good for shopalholics (a 10 minute drive between Puerto Banus and Marbella), and a trip up into the mountains is a must purely for the scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

WHAT AN AMAZING STAY.......

Well we absolutely loved our long term stay in this apartment. We have just spent a little over 6 months in this apartment and it was fantastic.

The closeness to everything was superb. At the end of the road a short bus ride to San Pedro or Marbella. Walk into Banus within 10 minutes fast or 20 on a lovely sunny day. The Saturday market was amazing. Mercadona literally 3 mins walk from the actual apartment. Marvellous fruit and veg there by the way.

The Terrace of the apartment is where I enjoyed most of our stay, the weather over the christmas festive season and into January was surprisingly warm, shorts and T shirt weather most days. The gardens are superb, heated pool excellent and the apartment itself has everything you need and was so spacious. The apartment is gorund level as you walk in through the front door and then a level up outside on the terrace. A real lovely smell of lavender everywhere.

The most fabulous winter season I have ever had.

Choose from the many long established first class golf courses.

Go to Puerto Banus and sample all the best the worlds top fashion shops have to offer.

But there are bargains to be had as well.

Stop at one of the many open air bars and restaurants, and watch the world go by.

You may even spot a celebrity, as the area attracts many famous people.

We are a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus beaches and Marina, or catch a 10 minute bus or taxi ride to Marbella.

Ferry ride to Marbella from the port available.

Supermarket, restaurants, bars, hairdresser, chemist, takeaway, gift shop, dry cleaners, opticians, bike hire, bowling green, tennis courts, are all within walking distance of our apartment.

Huge street market every saturday with stalls stretching from nearby Centro Plaza to Puerto Banus.

Gibraltar 1 hour drive. Sierra Navada, Granada, Alhambra is a 2 hour drive.

Golf: If you like golf look no further, we are situated by “Golf Valley”. Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, and Las Brisas are well established courses within 5 minutes drive.

Valderrama is only an hours drive.

All these golf courses have been here for many years and are stunningly beautiful with their palm trees and lush greens.

Club houses have great shops, and food is second to none.

Most courses now do special (all in one price) deals.

Ski: Although we are not local to a ski resort, you can drive to Southern Spains premier ski resort in Sierra Navada in two hours.
