  • Payment Policy:

    Peak Season Rental Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Credit Card & Personal checks are accepted. 4% additional fee charged to customer if Credit Card is used. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. All deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Refund of deposit less than 60 days prior is subject to re-booking of property for same week.

    Balance plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after departure following post inspection.

  • Long Weekend Getaways: Leather Mates, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Holly Follies, Christmas, & New Years are available for a 3 night minimum at $1,000 and is based on availability.

OMG Where to begin? This house is located walking distance to anything. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go, we never felt the need to use our van. We rented a minivan since we were many people and at first we were afraid that we would surpass the amount of mileage allowed. Well, we brought the van back with still 400 km available. (we live in Canada)
As for the house itself, what you see on the net looks good but what you get is...AMAZING! It is HUGE, beautiful and comfortable (everyone had their own space when they needed it) and we all felt like we were living in luxury. The owners are so sweet too. They gave us all the information we were looking for to make our stay easier. I recommend this house, it was an amazing experience. Satisfaction guaranteed!

We loved the amount of room in the house. It gaves us space and rest. Everything was provided and the home was walking distance from downtown.

My only two suggestions are softer beds and a light out back by the grill to ward off tripping over the doors to the basement in the dark.

We had a great time. Thank-you for allowing us to use it.
