Walk out the door to fine tune your game on 12 clay courts at the Seabrook Island Racquet Club. Walk to pools, Bike ride to beach and dinner at the nearby Freshfield Village. This is a perfect getaway for families and tennis teams. . Enjoy Seabrook's private and protected natural sea shore... count the turtle nests, search for sand dollars, watch the dolphins, ride the waves and enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful community. Villa includes use of 5 adult bikes and access to pools, tennis and golf (guest fees apply for golf and tennis). Bedroom 1 has queen bed and private bath. BR 2 has twin over double bunk and private bath, Sleeper sofa available in family room. No smoking, no pets.

This like new villa was recently redecorated and virtually everything in it appears to be new. It is more like a private home than a rental unit. We have rented some worn out losers so this was a refreshing find. The villa is a five minute drive from beaches, marshes, and all of the nature one could want. Seabrook island is gated, peaceful, and pristine.
