Three bedrooms, three baths, sleeps six in beds, two more on pull out couch

For available weeks in May/June we are taking off ten per cent with a one week minimum stay. Please check calendar to see what weeks are open.

Beautiful, pristine, spacious 3 bd, 3 ba house in desirable, wind-free South Palm Springs area. Only a few minutes to downtown Palm Springs and casino. Gorgeous front yard desert-scape and private backyard planted with mature citrus trees that are loaded with fruit in winter, fragrant with blossoms in Spring. Fantastic view of mountains in the West for amazing sunsets and cloud shows. Heated pool and spa. Backyard features new and beautiful outdoor furniture and new gas barbecue.

Master bedroom features Cal king bed. Has 37 inch HD TV with DVD player and cable. Second bedroom great for kids with twin beds and TV with DVD player. Den has wide-screen television and cable with HBO, sound system, and a pull-out couch for two more sleepers. Back bedroom has queen bed and large TV, cable.

'Your house was the perfect spot for our yearly spring break with our daughter and her family. And we especially appreciated our ability to bring our dog. The house feels like a home. Every amenity you could want and beautiful art work as well. The smell of the citrus trees as we sat by the pool was so nice. The location is quiet and free from drive by traffic. We had a wonderful visit and hated to leave. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our return next year!'

About Clark Carlton

I am a property owner and manager who also works as a writer in Los Angeles. We bought this house in Palm Springs because of its excellent, quiet location near the Smoke Tree Shopping Center and because it's just a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs. We love the park across the street with its well maintained tennis courts and grassy area where we take our dogs off leash. I take great pride in all the homes I manage or own, none of which has a 'cookie cutter' rental quality. Thanks for stopping by.

We are just around the corner from the Mesquite County Club and just south of Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens golf course. Our street and backyard face a view of the spectacular San Jacinto mountains on the west side. Area is very quiet and private and gets very little traffic. Across the street from this house is a lovely green park with two well maintained tennis courts where you can play at night. Just a few minutes drive away is downtown Palm Springs with its galleries, restaurants, night life and casinos. It's a warm and tranquil piece of paradise.

Fantastic Home for family

This was our first booking via VRBO and we are very satisfied with our choice. Our family of 2 parents, 2 grandparents, 3 children and a dog fitted perfectly in this house. It is very well kept with nice modern furniture. We loved the garden with the pool and jacuzzi, and the nice patio with large table. We made quite a bit of use of the tennis courts across the road, which were never busy. Great choice for a (large) family.

Just got back from PARADISE!

I, my wife and our dog just got back from 3 days in paradise and its name is property 83389. don't let the name fool you (ha) the house was immaculate, better than described and a fantastic value for the large size, amenities and decor. The pool and hot tub was perfectly clean, trouble free and comfortable and the super quiet neighborhood is close to everything palm springs has to offer, and there is even a massive park like "green space" right across the street, perfect for a change from the amazing pool area, or fun time with the dog. The only negative we could find was a technical issue when we sat down to watch a DVD, but we made a call and "Clark" the manager answered ( at 9pm on a Saturday night, now that is service!) and fixed us right up. We look forward to spending time again in the "springs", maybe next time we'll go for the bigger house and see if we can improve on perfection. Highly recommend, and we're pretty picky and worldly to boot.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and two (young) teenage grandchildren stay at this house for 4 days and had a WONDERFUL time! The house is laid out so that everybody was comfortable and had privacy. This house would even be good for 2 or 3 couples to share. The "outdoor" living space is excellant! I wish the weather had been a little bit cooler so we could have enjoyed that more. However, we did enjoy having our coffee on the patio and the evenings were nice as well. The pool is sparkling clean and a good size. The house was very clean as well and had a well equipped kitchen, which is important to us. The art work was interesting and we were continually finding new surprises as we looked around. As we were leaving, our daughter had her calander out to see when we all could go back for a whole week! We WILL BE BACK. Also, working with Clark was a pleasure. He was helpful in our renting this house and was very patient we me and all my questions. I don't know how to thank him enough. All in all.....fun was had by all. The Simo's

Rented this house with family to welcome my Marine son back from Afghanistan........original plan was for a week. It was so nice we extended another 3 days. It came to be known as "The Compound".......there was really no reason to leave! Pool, jacuzzi, grill.............absolutely perfect!

fabulous for our family vacation

We stayed in this home in July 2010; it was perfect for our family of 5! We were in the pool day and night,and practically lived on the patio. The house was comfortable for watching movies or working on puzzles when we needed to cool down! The home is beautifully furnished with some interesting art, yet very child friendly. Other big pluses for us were internet access, outdoor BBQ, washer/dryer, great outdoor furniture. And the owner is very easy to work with. We loved it so much, in fact, that we are renting it again this summer!
