Welcome to The Captains Quarters! Enjoy Indian Creek Cove either fishing, kayaking or even swimming off the 100 ft. private pier and dock or swim in the private pool. Take a walk, bike, or paddle to the village and watch the working waterfront. Shop in town, check out the flea market, enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of several restaurants. Pack a picnic, go hiking up tip-toe mountain, explore combing the beach or spend time at one of the quarries where you can swim and sunbath. Check out our history of this island and neighboring islands, visit our library or theater shows or sit back and just relax and get away from it all with you and your loved ones. If you love wildlife there is plenty to watch and capture in photo along with the spectacular views of this charming, historic island.

A little piece of Heaven

This home is a true paradise for those looking for a place to get away from it all. The Captain's Quarters is impeccably clean, well maintained, beautifully equipped & extremely relaxing. The breathtaking island offers great fun with rock quarries for swimming, a quaint village for shopping, hiking trails, boating, fishing & lots more. We had three generations staying at the house & everyone had a great time... my young children (9 & 5) never even asked to watch TV or play video games. The owners are very gracious hosts who are there when you need them, but not when you don't. My sincere thanks to them for making our first trip to New England unforgettable! We will be back as soon as we can!!! All this & yummy lobster too... can't be beat!!!
