The beautiful and fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed either to dabble in cooking or prepare full meals for the family. The large granite serving area and comfortable seating for six is perfect for entertaining or just serving your own romantic dinner. Mahana 1009 has two master bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms. The magnificent burled king size bed from Bali with a lush new pillow top mattress provides the most luxurious sleeping Maui has to offer. I cannot tell you the number of whales we saw from our balcony! The sunsets were spectacular. We were in walking distance to a good restaurant, grocery and movie rental. And we were in short driving distance to great resorts with shopping and beaches.

Aloha!
We stayed for nine days in December at this condo. It's beautifully decorated with incredible views of both the ocean and the West Maui Mountains. I don't believe that you could stay any closer to the ocean. There is a supermarket within walking distance. Lahaina Town is very convenient as well as Whaler's Village where you can get just about anything you could possibly need.
We went to two luaus during our stay. One at the Hyatt and the one in Lahaina. We also went on a lovely sunset dinner cruise out of Lahaina. There were several other activities we took part in and even more that we didn't have time for.
The owner was very helpful and we definitely would stay here again as well as recommend it.
