This 1,739-square-foot condo is part of Splash Resort, a Gulf-front property that's ideal for beach-going families. You'll be just a few steps from the white sand beach, on-site amenities, and great food and drink at the Riptide Snack Bar. If you're hoping to get out and explore, Pier Park offers 124 stores, wonderful restaurants, and movie theaters three miles southeast. You'll also be three miles northwest of Gulf World and eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach on the shores of Scenic 30A.

Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Great stay

We had an overall great stay. The condo itself has a lot of wear and tear but the beds were comfy. One of the tv remotes did not work and Vacasa was quick to get maintenance up to our room to replace it. The garbage disposal also did not work but we didn’t go to the trouble of putting in a work order. With this condo, you are paying for an amazing view and fun amenities for kids. I would say it was plenty big enough for our party of 10. The elevators were troublesome so we recommended attempting to checkout with carts an hour before checkout.

Not happy with how when we arrived we couldn’t get in for 15 mins because the door code want work...

Not happy with how when we arrived we couldn’t get in for 15 mins because the door code want working and I had to call 3 times before it worked!! Then we got into the room and there was 3 sliding doors with balconies none of the locks worked and we had 2 toddlers with us so that was scary, we had to call them to have maintenance come up to fix them😡 then we noticed it was hot in the room and it was because the air kicks off and heat kicks on if the doors are just opened at any given time so we always had to keep check on it so we wouldn’t be so hot!!

Room 701E

We arrived for our week stay at splash unit 701E. We waiters until 4pm check in and had to call 4 times because nobody at Vacasa knew the door code. Once we entered the room it was dirty candy all over the floor happy birthday balloons clipped to the lamp shades. There was empty lunchable boxes under the bed, no toilet paper. Dirty socks left on the floor. Used pillow cases under the beds. The fridge had stuff spilled in it. The cabinets had stuff splashed all over them. The fire alarm beeped the whole time! Definitely will not boom this room again.

Family Vacation 2022

The condo was a great size for our family of 9. The condo is on the 7th floor of splash and that was convenient as the elevators are extremely slow. The splash pad and pools are always a hit with my family. The condo was not very clean, The sofa was dirty with numerous spots. A covered the sofa with sheets before sitting on them. When we arrived, the code to enter the condo did not work. It took several phone calls to finally get in and approximately 45 minutes later we were able to enter the condo. On the second day, when we returned from an outing the door would not open. We had to call Vacasa and were told they would get maintenance to come to assist. Finally, maintenance came and opened the door. On a good note, the Vacasa rep responded and attempted several times to change the code for us to gain access. He checked back on us to make sure the code continued to allow access.
