We recognized the house immediately from the website photos. It has a great layout for extended families with multiple couples and kids. The kitchen is fabulous, and the common rooms comfortable. The place was meticulously clean, as well. Easy access to bay and beach.

We have stayed at this beautiful home several times, and would tell anyone interested in a relaxing vacation that this is the place for you! Things we love: Peaceful mornings with coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay; Convenient access to nightlife, beaches and restaurants a short drive across the bridge to Fenwick DE, or OC, Md.; Access to the private dock/canal off the Bay at our back doorstep (my husband is a fisherman); The more-than-fully equipped kitchen (our friends love to cook and were very impressed); and the beautifully furnished bedrooms/baths with a soothing beach decor (you immediately feel at home)- the beds are very comortable plus (!) Flatscreen TV's in every bedroom (a big one over the fireplace in the LR), stereo speakers throughout, a great foosball table in the game room/extra sleeping area, balconies/porches offering wonderful views on every floor (there are three), and a garage!! A lovely new home, in every way - and very affordable, especially when shared with some friends!! We'll be back!

We had a terrific stay at this property. The house is nicely equipped, very comfortable and beautiful. The house maximizes the view to the bay from every window...smart design. We like to cook and the kitchen was fantastic. My children enjoyed the Wii system and the foosball table, as well as all the beach and bay activities nearby. We rented jet skis and a boat as well. Favorite restaurants were Catch 54 and Jon's Jammin Island BBQ.
