The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 sun room/bedroom 2 1/2 bath, dining room, living room with fireplace and large flat screen TV/DVD and wireless Internet connection. A beautiful wooden deck outside with a barbecue. Laundry facilities available as well. Comes complete with all linens, dishes and appliances. The house is across the street from the # 3 golf course in a quiet established neighborhood. Neighborhood swimming pool available at no cost (registration necessary). Prestigious Pinehurst, 70 minutes south of Raleigh Durham, golf capital of the United States. It boasts more than 30 golf courses of which many were designed by Donald Ross. It is a beautiful quaint village founded in 1895 by the Tuft brothers and designed by Frederik Law Olmsted, founder of American Landscape Architecture. Atmosphere is small town, full of grace and sophistication. A wonderful retreat for the golfers, tennis players and horse enthusiasts.

My family enjoyed the home. It was exactly what was presented on the internet. The location was great stores and a mall was less than 10 minutes away. The home was very roomy we had 8 people and we were not bumping into each other. The neighbors were very nice.
I liked how roomy the kitchen was and the way the home was structured with bed rooms being seperated on both sides of the home. I would come back to Pinehurst and Rent this home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home just a few weeks ago. Everything was just the way it had been described on the web site. The house was very clean and very roomy.We especially enjoyed the deck and eating outside.
The extra 1/2 bathroom along with the laundry room made a big difference. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this home last July. It is a WONDERFUL home, spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The floor plan is GREAT, allowing for privacy for everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is the home is further from downtown Fayetteville that I would have liked, since my family and friends live there.

The neighborhood is beautiful and Pinehurst is just idyllic.

This is a wonderful place to stay on your visit to Pinehurst. The location is perfect, the house is spacious, wonderfully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The floorplan is well laid out and allows for privacy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and the neighborhood is full of friendly families. We would recommend this house to anyone as it is a perfect place to stay for golfers and non-golfers alike. The owners are great people and have provided a very clean, comfortable house. We enjoyed it tremendously.

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely home. Everything was neat, clean, and quite comfortable. Directions for use of appliances, and information about surrounding restaurants, etc. was provided. So much space and we felt right at home. Our security deposit was returned immediately. Thank you so much. Your home met all our needs and more!
