This charming 3 BR, 3.5 BA villa feature a spacious Master Suite with walk-in closet and a huge Master Bath with soaking tub, glass shower and double vanity; two Guest Bedrooms with private en-suite Baths w/ separate Vanities open onto an enclosed private Courtyard, large open Living Room, Dining Room and fully equipped Kitchen; Laundry Room with full size appliances, 500 square foot Deck over looking the beautiful Atlantic ocean.
Spectacular sunrises greet you each day and the soothing sound of the waves will lull you to sleep each night. The Villa's eastern view offers an unbroken panorama of the ocean and the dunes. Step onto your large private Deck from the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen or Master Suite and you are just steps from the beach.
Villa D is ground floor… no stairs in the house or on the boardwalk. Surprisingly private for a beach front home, you will feel miles away from the 'real world.'

I live in Atlanta but previously have always lived near the ocean. I was introduced to Amelia Island in 1995, and could only dream about owning a beachfront home back then. I originally saw this villa in the late 90’s and fell in love with its location…and its POTENTIAL. When it went on the market in 2004 I couldn’t believe it. My husband and I love to travel, but my little slice of heaven on Amelia is still my favorite get away!

I'm all about comfortable, peaceful, and laid back. This villa fit the bill. And, the location could not be more perfect… 6 miles from the top and 6 miles from the bottom of the island, everything is just minutes away… and best of all, the ocean is right outside the door!
It would take months and months to experience all the fabulous restaurants, shops, golf and other great things to do on and near Amelia; not to mention the 12 miles of beautiful beach with virtually no commercialization. You can be as busy or as laid back as you wish. Time really can stand still here... for a week, or even a few months.
This was our first time to Amelia Island and it looks like we're one of the first guests of the season. In addition it was Paul and Helen's 50th anniversary. What a great way to celebrate. The villa had all the necessities and is a great layout for 7 people.
We enjoyed the beach, ocean, bird life, and were visited by the Gopher Turtle a couple of times.
