This rental house more than met our expectations. The house is huge and the bedrooms are all very spacious. It is well equipped with a laundry room, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and cookware. The bathrooms were large, and the entire house was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a security guard at the gate. All of our guest have been quite impressed. My great niece (2 years old) said when she walked up to the house "this is nice". Very cute. For runners or walkers, the neighborhood is wonderful. It was great having a private pool and hot tub for the family, a private yard and garage. We've already recommended it to several friends and are planning on staying here again. Couldn't ask for better.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

The house itself is quite nice, the maintenance and condition of it are awful. Broken closet doors, dirty carpets, no bed skirts on the beds, no alarm clocks, bedrooms are like staying in a YMCA, old used furniture, mismatched cutlery and dishes in kitchen, yard is run down and somewhat of a mess, the garage is full of broken furniture and other things, broken window blinds, broken/missing shelves in the refrigerator, but the icing on the cake was food, actual food, not remnants that the dishwasher did not take off, but the fresh remnants from someone's meal on plates stuck in the middle of the stack of dishes!!!!!!!!!! We left after one night. The owner is ok, he does respond to calls, but does nothing to fix the problems. He needs to take a security deposit to avoid the bad renters that apparantly he is getting. Unless you like the fraternity lifestyle, avoid this house, you can get lovely accomodations for the same price elsewhere.
Owner's Response: in response the unfair review I ask that prospective renters see other reveiws. The renters who wrote this unfair reveiw were in for superbowl and did not pay in advance. Therefore they tried to negotiate for half the cost and when that didn't work we agreed it would be best for them to be elsewhere. I guess if someone wanted they could find something wrong with just about any home or hotel.

Wonderful neighborhood, very quiet, & secure..

I would definitely recommend this house.. Very large & clean. Accommodated our family (4 adults & 3 kids) easily. There are some things that you may want to bring from home: extra towels, laundry detergent. The location of this house is awesome!!! Just outside of Tampa & easily accesable to everything. The pool is beautiful & well maintained. The spa was a little disappointing, it heats up great, but there is no blower on the jets, very little pressure. But really, if vacationing in this beautiful city, how much time are you gonna spend in the hot tub. If you encounter any problems while you are there, Russell is only a phone call away, and is very quick to make everything right.. If you are a STEELER fan & in Tampa for the SUPERBOWL, you must go to TANK'S TAP ROOM for the game.. Outside of Pittsburgh, you can't feel more at home @ a STEELER BAR... I will be contacting Russell again next year, for our vacation.. Unless I move to Tampa before then... I love that city...

We stayed at this beautiful home in mid -August. It was much more than advertised. Wonderful location to all we wanted to do and see. Excellent owner, all our needs were met in AAA fashion. Utilization of our laptops and wonderful pool and hot tub was just icing on the cake. Highly recommended! Really hope the place is available to us on our next trip down to Tampa. :-)

The rooms were just as pictured. The bedrooms are not pictured, but were nice. The master suite is huge, the other bedrooms are also a good size. Although a 3 car garage is pictured, there is only enough room for one car.
