Reservations :
Your security deposit of $300 will hold your reservation for your specified dates. If arrival date is less than 45 days out, the deposit and full rental payment is required to hold the reservation.
Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept PayPal, cash, travelers checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
Minimum age requirement is 23 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. No student groups allowed. Any reservations made under false pretense will result in forfeiture of security deposit and eviction.
Cancellation:
For a full refund minus a $75.00 reservation fee, a 45 days notice prior to your scheduled check in date is required. Cancellation 20 to 45 days prior to the scheduled check in date will result in a $300.00 charge. Cancellation 19 days or less, the full balance of rental will be due.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check in time is after 4:00 PM Central Time. Please touch base with the owner a few days prior to arrival to discuss check-in details.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Keys must be returned to the owner as instructed at check in. Sorry, there is no refund for early check outs.
