'Ski in Ski out' of this cozy and private Frontier model Powder Ridge cabin which is highly upgraded, tastefully furnished and all ready for you to enjoy. Only a couple years old, and one of the only developments in Big Sky that offers true ski in-ski out access while also being within walking distance to the Big Sky Village amenities. The 4bdrm /3bath hand hewn log cabin features an open floor plan of approx 2047+/- sq. ft. of living space which includes 2 master suites on the upper level, each with their own baths, and 2 additional bedrooms on the main level, a wood burning fireplace in the living room, and a wrap around deck with a large private hot tub from which to enjoy great views of Lone Peak. Fully upgraded with fabulous features including a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, free high speed wireless internet access, and a large living room with a new 50' Plasma T.V.!

Even nicer than we expected!

This is a very comfortable, cozy, clean, and well-maintained home. The finishes are nicer than they appeared in the photos. The hot tub and gas grill were conveniently located on a covered porch. There was plenty of dry wood for the fireplace. Our kids were pleased with the numerous large-screened TVs.

The kitchen was quite well-stocked, and even included spices and sugar in the cupboards, coffee beans on the counter, and mustard and salsa in the fridge. There were plenty of pots and good coffee and espresso machines, though only one decent knife. The welcome basket was a nice touch.

The ski-in/ski-out access was OK once we figured out the best route, however the cabin was a little too far out of the way to go back for lunch. This could be due more to the fact that the ski area is so spread out. There are nice and reasonably-priced lunch alternatives on the mountain, however. A car is necessary for access to shops and restaurants in the evenings.

The housecleaners/maintenance people were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is beautiful, the living area is very cozy and the entire cabin is equipped with everything you could possibly wish. Everything was ready to go when we arrived, even the hot tub. There was plenty of space for two families with teenagers. The kids loved it. Big Sky is a ski resort and is therefore a little empty in Summer time but there is still plenty to do.

Great family hangout!

All descriptions were accurate, and many extra amenities provided. Everything was clean and well organized. Ski In/Out was a little hard for the little ones, and to get to Moonlight we had to ski to Big Sky and get a one lift pass (or a Lone Peak ticket, which really didn't make economic sense). Owners were very responsive, as was the mgmt company Mountain Homes. The hot tub was in constant use, as was the fireplace. Bedrooms were roomy and well arranged to minimize noises for those still sleeping. WiFi was great!
We had a little trouble getting the car in the garage due to snow and the slope of the driveway. 4 wheel drive was needed. Even the cleaning crew had to be pulled out. Absent snow it would not be a problem.
We had 11 people and never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again with a group that large.
