Our Powder Pointe condominium offers rustic ski town charm with all the upgraded amenities to give your vacation a luxurious feel. There are restaurants, ski rentals and ice skating at the resort center. You'll reach the quaint shopping and dining district of Historic Main Street in fifteen minutes by foot or five minutes on the Free Shuttle Bus that is less than a block from the condominium complex.

All new . . . Everything. New granite countertops. Designer natural stone kitchen backsplash. Stainless Steel appliances including a Dishwasher (not all Powder Pointe units have one!). New Paint. All new furniture and Decor--including a new Q premium pillowtop mattress & Q sofa bed. We've even added new beside table lamps for better reading!

The condo is nicely decorated and welcoming, very comfortable after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable place in Park City, good location and close to bus route. the hot tub was outdoors and big enough for large groups.

Stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival and it was the perfect location for skiing at Park City Mtn resort and catching movies. Nicely updated, comfortable layout and a great view of the halfpipe.

We had a great stay at Powder Pointe in late January 2009. The location directly across from Three Kings lift and the halfpipe was excellent for the World Cup competition. The condo is very well appointed with excellent cooking facilities and lots of towels. Will definately stay again next year if we can. VERY COMFORTABLE!
