This home has everything you need for a vacation on Martha's Vineyard. With 1600 square feet of living space, It is a bright airy contemporary charmingly furnished with a sky lighted living room with Comcast Cable TV, DVD, phone, fireplace, internet access and comfortable furniture. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a first floor queen sized bedroom opening to a deck, second floor queen size bedroom and a double twin bedroom opening to a deck. Large deck in front of house with Weber gas grill and umbrella table which seats six. It's nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac which is near the bike path and close to beach, restaurants, and Edgartown. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and pails and shovels for the kids also provided, along with outside shower for after the beach. Perfect for a family vacation or couples seeking a country setting close to the beach and town.

Property is located about 1.5 miles from the center of Edgartown and about 1.2 miles from the State Beach on Martha's Vineyard, an ideal summer vacation spot. Edgartown is a beautiful New England town with Nantucket Sound on one side and the Atlantic Ocean (Katama Beach) on the other. There are many fine restaurants, art galaries and shops in town and bicycle paths to every part of the island. All the necessary conveniences of home including super markets, pharmacies, etc. nearby. Buses run from a nearby depot to downtown on a regular schedule.

This property is located near the Joseph Sylvia State Beach Park which is the ideal beach for families with small children and for people who like to swim. The beach is separated from the road by dunes and has low surf. It's also close to the heart of downtown Edgartown and just off the bike path which connects to all the bike paths on the Vineyard. The house is very bright and comfortable with sliders to the decks on a wooded lot.

Week perfect, house fantastic,perfect location

I just wanted to send you a quick message and let you know we had a perfect time this past week at your property in Martha's Vineyard. The week was perfect and the house itself was fantastic, we found it to be a perfect location. We really enjoyed cooking on the grill and relaxing on the deck. We had some friends over for dinner and they also seemed very interested in renting your property in the future. We are already looking forward to renting from you again next summer.
