(largest in South West Florida) and 3 malls are in the area.

The gulf front views from the living room and main lanai are fantastic. The bay views from the second lanai are gorgeous. The condo is in a very nice, quiet area. It's also a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the entertaining night life in and around Times Square. We take long the pristine white sand beaches, and usually see dolphins, turtles, osprey, pelicans and all kinds of shore birds. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we were looking for, including flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The washer/dryer in the unit is a great time saver. We have stayed here before, and we plan to stay here again next year. The owners are very accommodating, and provide a lot of little niceties that help to make a stay here very pleasant indeed
Just returned from our stay on Ft. Myers Beach. So glad we choose this condo to stay in. It had everything we needed to make our stay very relaxing and fun. Love the fact that the entire condo is tiled, no carpet anywhere! Everything was clean upon arrival. Kitchen very well equipped. Even had foil and plastic wrap! Unit had washer and dryer (stocked with detergent and dryer sheets) which is nice to have while on the beach. Beach towels were supplied as well. Both baths had a full size bar of soap. There were chairs for the beach, an umbrella and cooler, which really came in handy.
Location was perfect! Within walking distance to Times Square for shopping, bars and restaurants; and Bowditch Park for shelling and watching beautiful sunsets. This end of the beach was peaceful and quiet. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We are already making plans to return!

We just returned from our stay at Lee's condo in Fort Myers Beach and we absolutely can not wait to go back! The condo was perfect... literally steps from the beach. Everything was clean and we had plenty of dishes to get us through the week (we only had to run the dishwasher once which was great since the last thing you want to do on vacation is clean!) The location was great (just a short 10 minute walk to the Times Square area) and at this end of the island the beach was very quiet. Lee provided us with everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler which was wonderful! Having the washer/dryer in the unit was perfect for washing our beach towels each day (not to mention the fact that there was already laundry detergent provided so we didn't have to buy any). We walked down to the Teeki Hut (the shop they own) and spoke with Mitch (Lee's husband). He was very helpful in recommending places for us to go and things to do. Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay on the beach. We will definitely be back with our children next time.
Have vacationed in Fort Myers for many years......and wanted one more family getaway before our eldest gets married. Previously we've tended to stay at the south end of the beach....but thought, based on all the wonderful recommendations for this property, that we'd give the north end a try......and we'll never stay any place else! As for this property itself.....absolutely perfect! The pictures don't do it justice....it's conveniently located, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. We've stayed at resorts, condos, privately owned properties and hotels on Fort Myers Beach.....and any future visits will definitely be at this property! Lee was a gem to work with.....very accomodating and responsive. It was a trip that the five of us will treasure forever.....and our accomodations make it even more special!
