This adorable, private & newly renovated cottage is available for weekly (Fri-Fri) rentals during high season. About the cottage:

The cottage is perfect for a single or a couple (no more than 2, please). The cottage is very clean and recently renovated. Top-of-the-line queen bed, new windows & doors, new window treatments, fresh paint throughout, all brand new furniture, and original artwork on the walls--this is not your 'scary rental property'! Kitchen with oven/stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker free high speed wi-fi. There IS air conditioning and a washer/dryer. The cottage is part of a very private and quiet 5-cottage community on beautiful route 6A in historic Yarmouthport.

As a bonus: The owners of the cottage also own an award-winning Inn on 6A--7 minutes away. There is a HEATED POOL and HOT TUB SPA on the Inn's property for your use on that too windy beach day! What's nearby: Gray's Beach is a very pretty 1+ mile walk down quiet, residential streets (great for biking too)

This area is HEAVEN: Walk to the beach, hiking trails and the general store. Minutes from fabulous restaurants and the Cape's best antiquing & galleries. Minutes to the 'party' scene of Main Street Hyannis--but you feel a million miles away.

This place was really lovely. More intimate than "small". The cottage has lovely original artwork, lovely furniture, a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us. we walked to the beach through conservation trails behind the cottage. Thank you Tom and Alice for letting us come over and use the pool. That was a nice bonus! We highly recommend this place.

My husband and I spent the week of May 17-24th in this terrific cottage. The location was perfect for us - a quiet cul de sac with only a few other cottages and assigned parking. Also just right in terms of seeing "the Cape" as it's right in the middle. The cottage itself is charming in every way. Clean and well-maintained, with extras such as kleenex and hand soap in addition to the basic cleaning supplies. The best part of this rental is it's owners. Tom and Alice are friendly and helpful, with suggestions (including a book in the cottage itself) on everything from restaurants to activities. They offer the use of a pool and hot tub at their B&B location, only five miles away. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway that's close enough to "the action" but far enough away for privacy.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
