This lovely home offers a golf course and a bird sanctuary as your backyard. The home directly overlooks the 8th green & includes a heated pool in your screened lanai, large tiled floors, custom entertainment center with 36 inch flat screen TV. The yard has mature landscaping and the golf & water view is absolutely stunning. Washer and Dryer on site. This home is located half-way between Vero Beach & Fort Pierce. Uncrowded beaches are 15 minutes away. Other attractions include Harbour Branch Oceanographic Institute, Riverside Park Theater and Cultural Museum, the Sunset Theater, the Manatee Center, A.E. Backus Art Gallery, the Highwaymen Art Studio, farmers & craft markets, ocean, inlet and river front dining. Experience offshore fishing from City Marina in Fort Pierce -- now considered the sport fishing tournament capital of the world. Sight seeing charter also available. Small pets considered.

The Treasure Coast is in Florida's tropical climatic zone & runs from Sebastian on the north to Stuart on the south including Orchid, North Hutchinson & South Hutchinson islands. It is named because of several sunken treasure ships found offshore. The Indian River Lagoon is a rich provider of tropical plants & marine life. You will find several botanical gardens. Also, you will find manatees & sea turtles -- not the little ones but the big guys. This is there nesting area. Indian River fruit is shipped all over the world. The farmers' markets offer great fruits, vegetables and seafood. Sport fishing is king in the area. Charters are available for the recreational fisherman and national tournaments for the competitive fisherman. In fact, Fort Pierce is known as the sport fishing tournament capital of the world. You will find lots of beaches, parks and museums. Best of all is that you will not find the crowds and congested roads of South Florida and Florida's southwest coast.

    Stays of two weeks or more include weekly cleaning and standard
    cleaning at exit.

    Monthly: Dec.-Apr, $3400; May, $3000; June-Nov., $2600.

    Extra Guests: $10 per night per person. Children 6 & under no charge.

    Payment/Deposits:
    No reservation is guaranteed until the full deposit is received.
    50% of total rent due 60 days in advance of reservation date.
    Personal checks accepted for Deposits and Rent Paid 15 days in advance.
    Balance is due on arrival. Cash, money order or bank guaranteed check
    ONLY for rents paid at arrival.
  • Reservation/damage deposit: One week or less: $200. Two Weeks: $300.
    Three Weeks: $400. Month: $500.
    Reservation/damage deposits are NOT credited towards the rent.
    Reservation/damage deposits returned by mail within 5 business days of
    departure unless cause.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days or more in advance: full refund minus
    $75. 30-59 days in advance: 50% of deposit. 15-30 days in advance 100% of deposit. Less than
    15 days: No refund. In any case I will attempt to find a replacement
    guest. If one is found, I will refund your deposit and rent minus $100.

    Check in: 4:00 pm. Check out: 10 am. Email for special arrangements.

    PETS: (limit of two if approved): $10 per night per pet.
    Pet deposit: Monthly for one pet: $150, two pets: $200. Less than one
    month: email for quote.

    We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning charge if
    necessary.

4 PGA Golf Courses within 20 minutes: The PGA Village offers four PGA owned and operated courses of which three are open to the public. Also located at the PGA is their history and education center. This is where club pros come to receive their credentials. Fairwinds is the County public course located less than 10 minutes away. It is an outstanding Fazio designed course. Your backyard is Island Pines Golf Course and it is open to the public. It's short in length but has a lot of water.

Uncrowded Beaches: North Hutchinson Island and Orchid Island are the same island. It's confusing but you will find some great stretches of uncrowded beaches. What's nice is that you can also find parking. My favorite is Avalon. You will also want to do the riverside natural trails. South Hutchinson Island runs from Fort Pierce to Stuart. You will find some great isolated beaches.

Sport Fishing: Fort Pierce is the sport fishing center of the country with charters for recreational fishermen and more tournaments than anywhere in the world for competitive fishermen.

Nice home and close to just about everything you need from grocery store, places to eat and beaches. House has everything you need for your stay. Quiet neighborhood and nice golf course.

Very nice!! Recommended without reservation. Nice home in quiet residential area, but near beaches and activities.
House has EVERTHING for your vacation. Owner is friendly and even right with dining hints. I will definately try to stay again.
