When Emailing or Calling, Ask About the Discounted Rates for the Rest Of 2009 - most dates in November and December are available! This wonderful 3-bedroom townhouse feels like a beach cottage. Light, bright and beautifully decorated, the condo works well for individuals, couples and families/groups. Close proximity to the Ocean Walk entrance gives you easy access to the pool, clubhouse, and the island walking/biking path. The condo has a living room (large TV with digital cable programming), dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bath downstairs. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. Very clean and well-equipped, we've had lots of positive feedback from our renters. Walk 1/2 mile to the St. Simons Village and enjoy shops, restaurants, and ocean views. Bike or drive to East Beach, the most beautiful beach on the Golden Isles. Experience all that St. Simons has to offer: beautiful beaches and ocean, golf, boating, historic sites, music, theater and much more!

There is wireless Internet connection in the condominium, the clubhouse and the complex common areas (strongest signal in the clubhouse). The pool is within view of the condo. There is a pond with ducks. There are tennis courts and a children's playground. The digital cable TV in the living room includes an on-demand channel with a large menu of free programs and movies. Bedroom TV's have regular digital cable. There is a DVD player that can be used with all bedroom TV's.
