This beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse feels like a beach cottage. Light, bright and beautifully decorated, the condo works well for individuals, couples and families/groups. Close proximity to the Ocean Walk entrance gives you easy access to the pool (heated in winter), clubhouse, and the island walking/biking path. The condo has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bath downstairs. It has three bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The condo has new Wi-Fi and HDTV. Very clean and well-equipped, there has been lots of positive feedback from our guests. Walk 1/2 mile to the St. Simons Village and enjoy shops, restaurants, and ocean views. Bike to the Coast Guard Station and East Beach, the most beautiful beach on the Golden Isles. Experience all that St. Simons has to offer: beaches and ocean, golf, boating, biking, new village pool and putt-putt, art, music, theaters and much more!
