We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this superb house. It has been developed with comfort in mind and allows you to relax both inside and out. The excellent beach is a 5 minute walk and the shops and coffee bars of South Haven a 5 minute drive.

the description of the house is accurate, if anything it undersells the comfort and value for money. It is clean with 4 big bedrooms and all of the amenities that you could need. The kitchen and utility has everything that one requires and there is a gas BBQ for outside dining.

Angela is a great hostess and wants to make sure that everything is in place for you to enjoy a great Lake Michigan holiday.

Red house great for families

This relatively new house has all the comforts of home, including satellite TV, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, towels, bedding, coffee maker, full kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. 1 full bath upstairs, 1 full bath downstairs. Would be great for 2 families to share.Very responsive property owner! Walking distace to the beach and Kids Korner. Downtown South Haven is a long walk or very short drive with lots of family- and budget-friendly restaurant options. Cute shops downtown and several ice cream store options. We would stay here again!

Great Location

This had to be one of my best lodging choices so far. It was less than 5 minutes to the beach or to the park. The cul-de-sac made it great for the kids to ride bikes in between and it was very quiet. The bedrooms were all large and the beds very comfortable. The layout of the house was excellent. I had various family members coming and going and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Doesn't get better than this !

Our first time in South Haven was made even better by renting the RED house. Easy walk to beach, but driving there allows you to bring along the beach chairs and umbrella supplied at the house. Everything is new in the home, and with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. Angela, the owner w/her husband, was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Downtown South Haven is a few blocks away. My friends and I loved every minute of our stay...we plan to return again next year !

Rainy Weekend Vist

We encountered rain most of the long weekend we stayed in South Haven so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, but can say the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Although it will sleep 8 people with generously sized bedrooms, the living areas of the house seemed a bit small and the kitchen is set up to accommodate 4, not 6 as stated in the description.
I would recommend this rental to a family with children or a small group of adults. It is a great value for the price.
I would also recommend bringing games, dvd's or other entertainment in case of rain. We did and had a good time.
