This condo is a top floor PENTHOUSE unit with 1,050 square feet and soaring 20 foot ceilings. You can enjoy ski slope views from the balcony and living room. Recent upgrades include STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, a 50 inch LCD TV over the fireplace and a Blu-Ray Player. The master bedroom features a KING SIZED BED with a high quality mattress, new high end bedding, 40 inch LCD TV with DVD player, and private bathroom. The secondary bedroom features a high quality KING SIZED BED with new bedding and the same quality mattress as the master. It also has a 40 inch LCD TV a DVD player. There is a dining room table that seats 6, a comfortable sectional couch with sleeper sofa and a comfortable chair. There are many little extras in this unit including a baby/toddler Pack-n-Play, three high-end humidifiers, and a boot warmer to dry out ski and hiking boots after a long day of play.
VIEWS **** (5 Stars) This condo features unique STAIR STEP WINDOWS in the living room, which give you mountain and ski slope views. The cozy balcony also has views of Dercum Mountain (aka Keystone Mountain) and ski views. The master bedroom has two windows. One window looks out to Dercum Mountain and the other window has an amazing view of the Gore Mountain Range. Please see additional pictures. The secondary bedroom features one window that overlooks the River Run village and in the distance you see mountains.
FACILITY QUALITY & AMENITIES ****(4 Stars) Dakota Lodge is one of the newest and most exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. There is a high speed elevator that services only 67 units. Some other buildings have one elevator for over 100 units. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on both the second and fourth floor. This building also features the largest heated pool in the resort and the two largest hot tubs in the resort. The pool and hot tubs have views of Dercum Mountain and the ski slopes. There is also a sauna on the first floor. The sister building to Dakota Lodge is next door and guests in Dakota have access to the game room and gathering areas in Buffalo Lodge. The game room features several pool tables and tables to play games such as chess and checkers and a 75 inch LCD TV to watch the big game. The gathering areas are beautifully decorated and have ample seating on couches and living room style chairs for large groups.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) This condo is approximately 100 feet from the River Run village which features many fun activities including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals, and great people watching. It is also just steps away from the new high speed, eight passenger gondola. In your ski boots and carrying your skis, it will take about three minutes to get to the gondola.

We do not offer tickets because we cannot offer a better value than you can easily get using one of these options.
You might have heard of a gimmick called “Kids Ski Free” from the big corporate outfit. There are very few instances that this deal actually makes sense. Why pay twice as much for your accommodations and a $15 per day “amenities fee” to save $45 on a kids ski pass. Don’t take our word for it. Do the math and it will be obvious that “Kids Ski Free” is not a deal at all!

Little problems are a BIG deal at 9,000 feet above sea level and in subzero temps. We are there if you lose your key. Being locked out of your condo in sub-zero temps is no fun. This is not a scare tactic. Every year we help several hundred guests with lock-out problems.

Dakota Lodge has a year-round heated pool with spectacular views of the mountains. It also has two, eight-person hot tubs, a sauna, and a heated parking garage under the building. It is also located in River Run Village, the newest area of Keystone where there are many events and festivals in the winter and summer.
What makes this condo unique
We have madethe condo child-friendly by placing outlet covers over the electrical outlets. We also purchased top of the line humidifiers because we come from a humid climate, and it is very dry in Colorado. If you are traveling with children, we also have a pack-n-play and a stroller in the condo, so you don't have to bring them with you. There is also a selection of DVDs in the condo for you to enjoy. In the winter, you will enjoy the boot warmer to dry your boots after a long day of skiing.
