**Ultra-premium Linens** This unit has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens that rival those of The Four Seasons. Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Take advantage of this added luxury because less than one percent of properties in Keystone offer linens of this quality.
This spacious 1,040 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps six and is ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The extra square footage can be felt in the living areas and gives this unit a home-like feel. It features vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances and a private balcony with ski slope views.
Right inside the front door the entryway features mounted hooks and a bench for additional storage of vacation gear. The living room has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. BUILDING AMENITIES: 3 to 4-minute walk to gondola, one of the more exclusive buildings (less congestion during peak seasons) & all units a short walk from elevator, heated parking garage, free wireless internet, 2 eight-person hot tubs, year-round heated pool (largest in resort), sauna, access to Buffalo Lodge recreation room, gas grill, ski lockers, coin-operated washers and dryers, location: River Run Village.
ENHANCED GUEST SERVICE: Rest assured that this home away from home is professionally managed. We provide cleaning services, regular maintenance, lock-out service and 24/7 emergency call service.
FEES & TAXES: Taxes and fees are not included in the posted nightly rate. Unlike many of our competitors that build their fees into the nightly rate, we will send you a quote with the breakdown of all costs.
GUARANTEED BEST PRICE: If you find a better deal on a comparable property, then provide us with clear evidence and we will beat the deal by 10%.
DISCOUNTS YOU WILL USE: As a guest of Summit County Mountain Retreats, you can take advantage of discounts on an array of services including ski rentals, ground transportation, bike rentals, horseback riding and much more. Let us know during the booking process, and we'll make sure you have what you need.
WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.
This property is professionally managed by Summit County Mountain Retreats. The owner of Summit County Mountain Retreats also owns this property. We are a guest oriented company located just minutes from Keystone, so we are close by if you need assistance.
Dakota Lodge has a year-round heated pool with spectacular views of the mountains. It also has two, eight-person hot tubs, a sauna, and a heated parking garage under the building. It is also located in River Run Village, the newest area of Keystone where there are many events and festivals in the winter and summer.
We have madethe condo child-friendly by placing outlet covers over the electrical outlets. We also purchased top of the line humidifiers because we come from a humid climate, and it is very dry in Colorado. If you are traveling with children, we also have a pack-n-play and a stroller in the condo, so you don't have to bring them with you. There is also a selection of DVDs in the condo for you to enjoy. In the winter, you will enjoy the boot warmer to dry your boots after a long day of skiing.
Great top floor condo. We stayed during the off season and loved the peace and quiet. The views are spectacular and the condo is well appointed with stainless appliances, good furniture, and very comfy beds. Really we could not ask for anything more.
The facility was close to everything we needed. Ski rental, day care, children's ski school, mountain access, etc. The grandkids wished the pool and hot tubs were indoor, but they enjoyed them anyway.
The unit we had had wonderful views. It is starting to show a little wear and tear but fit our family needs perfectly.
OK - here comes a bit of a ramble, but you'll get the point...We (2 adults one toddler) stayed 7 nights in June 08, and we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. It was very quiet, clean and spacious.
The owners are great and happened to be leaving as we were checking in; so it was nice to meet them. Everything about this stay was easy. The pack-n-play was great. We used the humidifiers and fans which are a nice touch. Underground parking was very useful. There is a good mix of movies and a great Sony Bravia TV. Plenty of kitchen cooking stuff for all your needs.
During the summer, Keystone is a great quiet family place. We traveled to Breckenridge twice (maybe 20 minutes away) and Vail (35 minutes away)once.
We used the pool / hot tubs 5 times and had fun watching the humming birds do their thing.
I got in a half-day of downhill MTB'ing and was very impressed with the trails (advanced-rider, not expert). The local bike rental shop is a 3 minute walk from the room and has very we'll maintained bikes.
We will be staying there again.
We stayed in this condo for 4 nights and we could have stayed 4 weeks! My son had his own bedroom and washroom while my husband and I stayed in the Master suite at the other end of the Condo. It was so quiet and peaceful (I expected to hear party-goers at a ski resort). We had some friends join us from Colorado Springs and my son moved to the hida-bed in the living room, while their son used the inflatable mattress. Our friends had stayed in condos at Keystone before, and they marveled at the spaciousness and quality of this place. It couldn't have been a better vacation for us! Great skiing, great views, great place! We'll be back!
Pictures don't do this condo justice. Beautiful, spacious & just steps from all the action. 5 minutes from the door to the slopes.
Can't wait to go back.
