This South Side Lake Havasu City 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is turnkey ready.

We accept VISA, M/C, DISCOVER, A / E. It is immaculate. Kitchen is ready with lots of cookware, utensils, etc. W/D inside, soft water, D/W, range, microwave & ice/water frig. Lake views from Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, & Master Bedroom. It boasts a nearly 100' driveway for toy/boat parking, plenty of gravel parking. There is a front covered deck (out sliding door from kitchen area) with awesome mountain & some lake view. Backyard has huge spa w/ lake view, 5 hole chip & putt green with lake view, a Palapa w/ bistro height table/chairs at rear of golf area with incredible lake view of Thompson Bay, Covered side patio w/pass through window from kitchen w/ BBQ table/chairs, OUTDOOR ELECTRIC FIREPLACE & Mini Frig for beverages while grilling! It is close to golf, shopping, the lake, etc. We love clean people! If Calendar is booked for this Vacation Rental, please call us for last minute availability.

Summer is perfect for lake sports!:

Fall hosts the ANNUAL Relics & Rods Car Club's 'Run to the Sun'. Every 3rd Wednesday each October starts their 5 day show. It is open to 1972 and older cars. We will offer a RUN TO THE SUN RATE OF $500/5 nights for that week! The Cleaning Fee is $100.

The weather is still inviting for water sports, too.

Winter is bursting with activities too. We have a Balloon Fest now which is huge! Even the fishing is good. Activities and events to keep you busy all year round.

Our Swap Meet starts on Sundays as soon as the weather cools a bit , through April each year.

THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY will have a 4 night rate of $500. Cleaning & Security Deposit remain the same.

We are retired and Hot Rodders! We are down to one rental which is this Vacation Rental. Being next door, we can assist you with most questions and any needed repairs immediately.

Why Jonny chose Lake Havasu City

We chose to rent this property next door to us as a Vacation Rental. We travel a lot and wanted to this rental to have all the things in it for our clients that we have NOT had when renting throughout the U.S. for a reasonable price. Since I have Asthma we wanted an Allergy Friendly environment. Our rental is like a comfy home away from home. You need only to bring your personal things and buy food! Everything else is there. If you need anything, we are just next door!

What makes this house unique

This home is REALLY a turn key home, good quality linens, plenty of kitchen supplies down to 2 grills outside (charcoal and gas). The chip & putting green is about 1800 sq. feet for the snow birds and a 100' driveway with side parking for all the toys!

Beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ. Home of the London Bridge and boasting more Hot Rods per capita than anywhere in the nation! We are 4 hours from Riverside area, 5 1/2 hours from San Diego, 1 hour 15 min. from Laughlin, 2 1/2 hours from Las Vegas Airport, and 3 hours from Phoenix Airport. We have Havasu Landing across the lake with a small casino and restaurant overlooking the lake. Overlooking our channel, we have numerous restaurants, water toy rental, boat excursions, boat launching, walking trails around the island and through Rotary park by the channel. Our channel beaches are great with dog parks, too! Call for additional rental rates.

Notes: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, PETS, DRUGS OR FELONS on property. If elderly, you must be able to walk up steps to get inside home. Carpet is professionally cleaned a minimum of every 6 months or whenever needed. Kitchen, entry and bathroom floors have Italian porcelain tile. Low profile slate steps on side of yard to side entrance. An electric outdoor fireplace on side patio to add a cozy atmosphere to evenings! Mini Frig for outside grill area. Pass thru window from Kitchen to Side Patio Grill Area! The Chip & Putt Green is awesome with a Palapa & Bistro height table w/ 4 chairs (with a portable fan mister) at rear of walkway with views of Thompson Bay!

We had a wonderful weekend in Lake Havasu. The house was just what we needed. 3 bedrooms for 3 couples. It was situated in a residential community that was not far from the London Bridge. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub but we did have a fun time playing around on the putting green in the backyard. Thanks for a great weekend, Jonny!
