This property is in one of the most desirable West End location in Ptown. It is where the store Provincia in located at 140 Commercial Street between Montello and Pleasant Streets! Close to everything Provincetown has to offer, dining, dancing, shopping, beach, bike rentals, shows and plays… With some water views the master bedroom porch offers one of the ultimate people-watching spots in town. Another unique feature this property offers to guests is a secluded private garden.

The house is comprised of two floors of living space. The top floor has a large master bedroom with 2 full size beds, a wonderful private balcony porch facing Commercial Street and one additional room with two twin/single beds. The main level of the house is where guests will enjoy the sitting room, full bathroom, large eat in kitchen, laundry room and the private garden.

The Best of The West: This house offers the best location in the West End of town. Close to the Boatslip, the town beach, to restaurants, shopping and entertainment and away enough to enjoy a quiet enviroment. Excelent block where the store Provincia is located.

Pets welcomed certain weeks (restrictions may apply: ask details and fees). Utilities included (electric, oil, water, cable), Direct TV, wall air conditioners in the living room and master bedroom, a new top of the line 50' LED TV Samsung Series 6900 with 3D Active Glasses, WiFi internet, CD music collection, washer/ dryer, linens provided, private garden with gas barbecue . A total of aprox 1,400 sf of living space.plus the garden and the porch upstairs.

GREAT NEAR WEST END LOCATION!

Location, location, location!
We almost didn't need to use the bikes we always rent, usually being in the East End. And the Commercial St. overlook balcony was a great way to start and close the day watching the people parade. Large, comfortable, well appointed unit. The hosts are available and helpful if required.
As only a couple staying in this 2-story unit that has 2 sleeping spaces upstairs, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.......this wasn't really an issue; the ONLY bathroom is downstairs adjacent to the living room which could have been challenging if sharing with more folks. Small, small dressing adjustment required, the sink/mirror placement, and absent mounted front lighting makes grooming and dressing activities harder to complete, but manageable.
Having washer and dryer onsite was great, and the private outside garden was very nice. No complaints! Only accolades for this lovely unit (if it were mine, I might swap the living room upstairs and main bedroom downstairs for ensuite bathroom convenience, to have the balcony off from a household shared space.) ;+)
I was keen to provide a stellar review for this property, but regretful that a good review will likely make it harder to rent it ourselves going forward with additional interested parties.

AMAZING LOCATION, PERFECT GETAWAY

Great place to stay at and the owner Manny was amazing. The house is perfect for a week vacation or more. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of space. The porch was great to people view and stay secluded from the main commotion. Being inside and away from the street made for a quiet time when you need to relax. The backyard is great to sit and relax. You could not tell you were next to Commercial St. I recommend this place and will be back for certain. The fact the house had a dishwasher, AC and a big screen TV added more to our trip.

GREAT LOCATION...FRIENDLY HOSTS

Had a very enjoyable stay over Labor Day weekend. The place is very large with a big kitchen and main bedroom. They also allowed us to bring our dog, and they have a small yard that is perfect for early or late "doggie duty". There are room AC both upstairs and downstairs that kept us comfortable even though the highs were in the 80s. And they have DirecTV, not the cheap basic cable system some of the other places we've stayed have. The only downside was that the bathroom and bedrooms are on different floors, but that's only a slight inconvenience. We would stay here again.

AWESOME LOCATIONS!

This was the second year in a row that my friends and I stayed at this place. It's an awesome location right on Commercial Street in the West End close to many great restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not be too noisy. And the unit offers a lot of space - on two levels - for the money.
