Beach Posey is a perfectly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home in Cypress Dunes adjacent to the Topsail State Park. It is 1500 feet from the beach and comes with free shuttle service to the nearest beach access point. It has a large family room with kitchen, dining, and living area (with sleeper sofa) in one room perfect for family gatherings or girls week at the beach. There is a large porch on the front of the house and a private screened porch in the back. In addition to the bedrooms this home has a bunk area between the two bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a king bed, a large whirlpool tub, and walk in shower and the other bedrooms have there own large bathrooms as well. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite counters and a bar and stools for fast food service and conversation while cooking. Beach Posey comes with wonderful amenities in Cypress Dunes, 95 foot infinity swimming pool with a breath taking view of the Topsail Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico.

Cypress Dunes is 9 miles east of Destin Fl in a residential beach community no high rise towers in Walton county. It is surrounded on two sides by one of the most pristine parks in the state of Florida. The beaches are as good as any you have ever been on and uncrowded year round a tough combination to beat. We have great shopping and outstanding restaurants a few minutes in any direction from Cypress Dunes as well as a fabulous bike/walking path if you want to get some exercise.

Awesome neighborhood, beautiful house and pool. We will stay again. One of the best exercise facilites I have used.
