We really enjoyed our week at your beach house. The landscaping around the house gave a wonderful feeling of privacy and the view is just spectacular. We would love to visit again.

Absolutely Beautiful

My family has stayed at this house for 3 consecutive years, this year will be the 4th. We can't wait, it is soooooo nice. Always "shiny-clean" upon arrival and the owners have always been responsive to our needs. We have been Emerald Coast vacationers every year since the late 1970's, always rent a beach-front house and consider Villa Sounion top-drawer.

What a great house with gorgeous views. The owner was so very nice and accommodating; we arrived at the house less than 18 hours after contacting her! (fun last minute trip!) Our daughters had a blast playing on the beach as well as the patio. The sunroom was a huge hit, too. Thanks for the great time. We will be back!!

This cottage was very private, with an empty lot next door on one side and a house not lived in on the other.
It is old but clean and the appliances were new.
One problem is the ocean side porch had NO screens nor did any of the doors, so we could not enjoy the ocean breeze or sound of the waves. also there was problems with the septic tank and the bathroom flooded when we did one load of laundry.
If those items were fixed I would reccomend it.

This beach house was built in the mid 70's and has been totally renovated in the mid 00's
The large glassed in porch facing the Gulf and sunsets, was designed to be a climate controlled area with air conditioned comfort. The Gulf front patio, which is larger than the glassed in porch and closer to the water, provides even better ocean breezes and sounds of the waves and seagulls.
The problem with the septic tank appears to have been a one time occurrence and has been remedied. We are happy to have so many satisfied vacationers.
