The Lodge has three bedrooms with king sized beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa in family room and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 Jacuzzi tubs, a wlk in shower, radiant heat, 4 Tvs, DVD, Living room has a new 55' smart flat screen with surround sound. Washer, dryer, 2 Car Garage, Fenced Yard. WIFI Internet, hardwood floors granite countertops, skylights, travertine tile, river rock gas fireplace.
About Debbie Jacobson

I am a long time real estate broker in South Lake Tahoe. I choose the location and built the property on Lukins Way as it is recreation central. Skiing and Riding to Resorts in all directions offers a variety of the world class snow play. In summer Walk to lake Tahoe or Fallen Leaf. Paved bike trails from house. Mountain biking mecca, less then a mile to Camp Richardson area offering houseback riding, boat rental, kayak rental, six great beaches, walking trails neaby hiking of all levels. Big time Nite life only 15 minutes away at the Casinos. Many local shows, craft fairs, art workshops, gondola rides at heavenly ski area, summer hiking. Nearby Restaurants are abundant offering fine dining to burgers and tacos as well as local coffee shops and a bakery.

Historic Vahalla and Boathouse theater many events featured throughout the summer. Long quiet walks or ski on the beach in winter.

This home was a wonderful getaway for my family. It was perfect! It had plenty of space for all six of us to spread out. The bathes with the jacuzzi jets were fantastic, and used by most of us. What a gorgeous, comfortable home for an affordable price!!
It was such a special treat to be able to have our two dogs: they especially loved laying on the heated floors!! The back yard was perfect for our two labs. It gave them some room to run around.
This rental was close to shopping and only 10 minutes or so from the casinos. There was enough parking for all four of our vehicles, even with our large truck!
We would definitely stay again! Thank you Debbie! :)

House for us all

"This place is great. Close to skiing for kids, close to supermarket for me and not far to the casinos either. The big screen TV is great and like the tv in bedrooms too. We really want to come back in summer. We walked to the beach with our dog and around the beautiful wooded area. It is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook which was handy. Just love the master bedroom. I would highly reccomend this to our friends."

"Dear Owner,
This is our first time staying in Lake Tahoe for the Christmas holidayand we feel lucky to found this cabin.
The house is absolutely beautiful. A lot of time and attention went into the construction, that is obvious. The house's design and decor are absolultely beautiful. From the heated floors to beautiful tile work, everything is tastefully done. We also appreciate the modern appliances and the fact that there is cable and tv's in every bedroom!
The lot is also beautiful. We took advantage of the yard to build a snowman and dig a snow tunnel with the kids.
Thank You for offering your home/cabin. It really made our family Christmas special.
