A unique blend of amenities 4 bedrooms with three full master bedrooms each with full bath tub and shower, one bedroom study with outside upper sundeck overlooking patio, Pacific and beach. Large theatre Plasma TV with VCR, DVD, and Cable TV. In addition two other TVs in other bedrooms (no cable on these). Recently redecorated and refurbished. Large tiled underground garage (not for car storage) Front of house overlooks The Estero Bird Sanctuary Estuary where one can observe many rare birds and where fishing could get you a halibut. The Back of the Villa is on one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in all of Baja. Great Christmas week with my family

My daughter, Victoria rented this home for our family to share time together while helping some of the local citizens of Ensenada....this home is excellent...a little older than the pics, but still lovely and the owner keeps it clean and is very honest. I would recommend this property as long as it's not when we want to go!

I'm hoping that my daughter and husband invite me for December 2012.

I loved this house and it's location on the punta banda beach. It's very quiet and relaxing there.

Great vacation

The house was pretty nice and just as seen on the pictures. The owners were really helpful and received us to give us the keys and show us around the house. The property has a beautiful ocean front beach were me and my family relaxed all weekend!! There are a few restaurants down the highway that are pretty good. I would definitely go back.
