Description of the Aptos vacation studio rental
Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Rio Del Mar, only a five minute walk to Rio Beach and the famous cement ship - this newly remodeled studio is well appointed with quality and tastefully appealing features everywhere you look. LDM has been created as a peaceful and soulful space, with lots of light, inviting gardens and a relaxed ambiance, near enough to - but separated from - the surrounding, summer-crowded beach community. There are two comfortable queen sofa beds – one on the ground floor, the other in the cheerful sleeping loft. Beautiful granite counter tops surround all new,state-of-the-art appliances in the compact, well-designed kitchen. All dishes, utensils, bed and dish linens are included. In the large private backyard, you will find Japanese privet trees, bamboo, flowers and herbs, a lawn, a birdbath, a sturdy hammock and two patios with furniture and a gas BBQ grill for dining or entertaining family and guests.
